-The blast fades-
-A defeated Mami is physically untouched, but clearly exhausted, and has sustained some Clothing Damage-
-She falls to one knee-
-Dark clouds swirl in the significant hair ornament-
The light fades, revealing the Worker still standing, but the Infinity Blade has been ripped apart, leaving only the QIP destabilization ring, stuck in the broken hilt. More than enough.
The Worker continues to hobble towards Mami, the ring glowing with the same blue energy as the weapon it originally powered. He pries the ring out from the hilt, and discards the broken shell.
-Mami defiantly spawns and shoulders one last oversized rifle, which starts Sucking-In Lines briefly, before unleashing a powerful magical burst at the Worker-
-The hairpiece is almost completely black now; she'd used up a lot of magic, but seeing the pikeman die was what really pushed her over the edge-
Probably, especially since Real Life Writes the Plot is also kicking in here.

I take jumping in with another contestant would be superfluous by now?
The Worker parries the blast with his arm, but the blast screws up some electronics, and a countdown begins. 5 seconds.
Roaring with rage, the Worker dashes at Mami, and slams the QIP destabilization ring down on her head, aiming to kill her before he is sent away.
Yep, both of us are kinda conked out by now.

-Helpless, Mami kneels, waiting for the end with her signature calm poise...-
-The fist swings towards her head...-
-Her completely black hair "ornament" cracks...-
-And she vanishes in a flash of pink energy...-
-...An instant before the Worker's swing would have hit her.-
Trollololololol! By the power of Trolldoka!
-Now, what happens in 5 seconds, exactly?-

Roaring in pure and utter rage as he gets utterly trolled (Mind you, this doesn't happen often), the countdown ends, and his failsafe kicks in, incinerating his body in a flash of flame. Soon, there is nothing left but a pile of ash, his QIP (in layman's terms, soul) being forcefully booted out of his body and having to be reborn in another. He's gonna certainly feel that tomorrow.
Well, that was fun. See ya tomorrow.

Sorry about that, couldn't resist. Now, was that an epic climax, or an epic anticlimax?
Funny how everyone dies, and yet nobody really does, everyone's set to come back even without the arena respawns... Fergard was a Mook, so there's more of him... Mami can conceivably be sent back/reincarnated... and your guy just needs a new host, right?
Maybe. In any case, see you later - and I look forward to it!

Heh, it's always funny watching the Worker, of all people, get trolled. Yeah, he's gonna be pissed at that anti-climax when he rebirths.
I hope to see you guys again back in the Arena, and I hope to bring the Worker back again. That was fun. See you around.
Who is the Worker, anyway? Did I Just Punch Out Cthulhu?
Also, was that a Crowning Moment of Awesome, Heartwarming, or Funny? It's definitely a Crowning Moment of Trolling, but sadly that's not a trope...
Screw it, putting it as Funny. That page needs more entries.

The Worker Of Secrets is an immortal, omniscient inventor. He's like a Physical God, and he treats the Earth like his sandbox for experiments. He builds and destroys stuff at his whim, has lived tens of thousands of lifetimes, and claims to have been around for so long, he knows everything, and he can predict anything. Turns out he can't, and that's what screws him over. So yeah, you did sort of Punch Out Cthulhu.
The Worker has been trolled before, and that takes a lot, and those were driving points in the plot. The latest trolling attempt crossed into both Tear Jerker and CMOF territory as it was successful, but a rather popular character got Killed Off for Real.
I'd say Funny, as the abruptness of it and the Worker going poof straight afterwards just sells it.
Observing the damage, Ragyo stands atop a ledge.
(well, how about that)
(because just so it happens, there's another Ragyo on another rooftop)
(talk about time paradoxes)
[Sorry, I own not another Ragyo]
[Just a lost Aquarius]
...Ugh, why have I been getting stuck here lately? (-__-')
Ragyo - Who is this that dares to impersonate me...
Strolling down a Life Fiber staircase, she stares at the other Ragyo, life fibers forming around her into needles.
Aizen - Don't overdo it dear. You're still recovering from last time
\*bEa appears in a burst of flame*
Ugh, this place again... *sees Aqua*
OMG AQUA HIIIIII
Eek! Uh, hi bEa...
What are you doing here? You don't have a voice in your head too, do you? O:
Disinterested, Ragyo hurls a salvo of needles at the overly Kawaii embrace, intent on ending the moment—
RL, ugh. :c
Well, how curious.(as she looks at the ensuing fight, teh light strikes down anyone who dares to look in that direction)
(a rainbow light, folks. We've got something campy here)
(makes no effort in blocking another Ragyo's attack, surprisingly disinterested)

I don't think so—
[Several swords fly out of Aquarius's bag and block the needles Lord's Ragyo sent out]
What the?!? Who sent that? (D:)
\*pulls out her hammer to block the attack, but sees Aqua has already blocked it*
Yeah, what he said! Who threw those?!
Ok , screw it. I'm not juggling two ragyo's here...
Aizen ~ "Now hold on a moment here, dear. You took the last one, let me take this one.
Enters and massive spiritual pressure temporarily cripples everyone else
Meh, Mirror Match would be fun.
(said massive pressure is naught but a minor inconvenience to her) Someone surely likes their entrances.(looks at Aizen before LIFE FIBER STAIRCASE forms, so she can gracefully walk down the rooftop)
(talk about hypocrisy)
Ugh... Come on, body, move...
[More swords are rising up from Aquarius's bag, but they are shaking in midair, as Aquarius is having a hard time concentrating]

How well does it match the trope?
