A hatch on the strange craft opens, and a male humanoid figure, clad in form-fitting dark mechanical armour climbs out.
The figure's armour is bristling with finely-crafted metal devices, and on his face is a long, vertical eyeslit, glowing bright purple, the only thing betraying his presence. Not that he seems to care.
He regards the individuals below, hidden or not, with little to no notice, as if they are all beneath him, and he starts to pace back and forth on the roof, as if awaiting a challenge.

The Magic Knight seems to go defensive and keeps alert for any tricks up the Number's skintight sleeves, having gone through their combat footage "recovered" from the TSAB archives, he knows that Spaghetti's creations are devious, dirty fighters who like to pull off nasty tricks like cloaked Gadget Drone gang-rape or have one of her "sisters" suddenly teleport behind him while being distracted and gank him with a cowardly backstab.

But Omega doesn't seem to recognise him, nor have any particular intention towards him as she approaches cautiously, looking around at everyone.

Even if Omega seems to be completely non-hostile, the Knight still regards her with a healthy hint of caution; even as he introduces himself.
So... What brings you here fellow cyborg?
Well, if Omega were to scan the knight before her; she'd see that about 40% of his body was cybernetic in nature, mostly the skeleton and the muscles; which was reinforced with carbon nanotube-based construction and artificial muscle fibers respectively.

HYDRA's databanks will reveal nothing of this individual - perhaps they might even berate him for being crazy, as this person, whoever he is, is virtually unknown to anyone not of his world.
The unknown figure continues to await his challenge, hypnotically pacing back and forth without breaking rhythm, with the patience of a tiger stalking prey. He says nothing, nor does he even turn his head to notice anyone.
Barely visible in his right hand is what appears to be a metal rod of some sort - like some sort of disembodied sword hilt.

Hold that thought, my radar just picked up a drop pod about to smash right into... That tower over there.

The Winter Soldier continues to stare down the armored man, waiting for him to do something. He then hears Bea's voice and briefly turns to her and erin, wondering what a pair of teenage girls were doing here before turning his attention back to the alien on the tower and the drop pod headed for it.

The figure, in response to the approaching pod, casually backflips into the air, his feet leaving the roof so gracefully, as if this had happened a million times before.
He lands in his ship, and in the blink of an eye and the tap of controls, the craft is off the roof, descending with remarkable speed to the ground.
As quickly as it descends, he leaps from the ship in another graceful flip, and a second later, both he and the ship have landed feet-first and unharmed on the ground, the figure in a perfect Three-Point Landing.
He rises from his pose, and casually resumes his pacing habit, except this time staring at his new combatants and speaking, with a deep, mechanically-enhanced voice.
I was beginning to think that this place was of no use to me.

"Huh?" Seeing the armored figure hightail it out of there, bEa looks up just in time to notice the approaching pod. In response, she turns right around and dives to the ground, landing around the same general area as the armored figure.
"Okay, so, ignoring that," she continues, waving at the armored figure. "Hey!"

The Winter Soldier calmly steps forth towards the alien in a manner reminiscent of a wraith, staring him down. "Identify yourself," he says to the armored figure.

And from the crumbling roof, a black blur zips almost imperceptibly from the ruins before landing a few feet in front of the armored figure and kicking up a cloud of dust in its wake... Amidst the cloud of dust, the alien warrior would be met by a tall and imposing silhouette whose very presence radiates pride and honor and when the cloud finally clears; he would be met by a humanoid machine clad in ebony black heavy armor paired with streaks of blood red on its trimming and joints, on its left shoulder, proudly emblazoned is a rampant dragon holding a pair of bloody swords and carried on its hands are a pair of wicked-looking blades that bear no ornamentation or any features that may detract them from their purpose... The machine says nothing but let its single crimson eye gaze upon the warrior before it with great intensity and anticipation...
Look out people, we've got a pair of badasses here.
The knight is just standing there, nonplussed despite the tension in the air being thick enough to cut.

The figure regards the new metal warrior for a moment with little reaction, then, if anything, scoffs.
He strides around to face the other fighters, hands behind his back and voice calm, like delivering a lecture.
I, Ryth, the Deathless Blademaster, have heard whispers, of a mysterious and mythical land, where warriors from across realities gather to engage in glorious duels, and battles that even legend could not describe. Whispers said that many of these warriors, were skilled in the arts of honorable combat. Though, I must say, I have started to tire of this place and its denizens...

The legend and glory part I'm not so sure about, but the whole different realities? Spot on there.
The black machine subtly cocks its head to the side as if in agreement to what the alien warrior had said. And then... It calmly and deliberately points one of its swords right at him, a gesture that can not be interpreted in any other way than a challenge for a duel.
You gonna let that slide tin man?
...That magic knight is almost as bad as Norman...
