Lloyd waits until the last second, then jumps up and back, hovering in the air for a second before dashing at Neith again, this time with flames wreathing his swords and slashing at it with both of them.

"Rising Phoenix!"

[Another rune appears in midair, absorbing the attack of the lasers.]

I'd hate to brag, but...

[A rune appears on Neith's chest, and the droid probably will find herself being pushed backwards, almost as if she were hit by a truck]

Neith is alerted to Lloyd's attack and dodges it by jetting to the side before intercepting him as he darts past and attempting to kick him on the back of his head. But thanks to the Rune, she was a lot slower on the draw than she wanted.

A curse?! You filthy-!

Lloyd slides far enough away to not be hit by the kick. He retaliates by swinging his sword vertically, sending out a Razor Wind at Neith.

"Demon Fang!"

Time to end this. Legion!

-Hiryu then sends out a stampede of Option-B's (robot panthers) and Option-C's to attack Neith while she's cursed-

[The second the spell did its intended action, it vanished]

More of an attack. A curse would have stuck around

[More runes appear on the ground]

Neith blocks the Razor wind with her gravity shield before firing back with a powerful Sonic blast from the dish behind her head. Since Neith is on the air, the robo Panthers and runes have no effect on her.

Hahahaha!

Neith then pulls out a quartet of large missiles from her Vector Trap and sends two for Hiryu and two for Aqua.

Lloyd jumps and does multiple frontflips, slashing with his swords with each rotation. The sonic blast is destroyed upon contact with the first flip, but Lloyd keeps going, right at Neith.

"Tempest!"

Neith responds to Lloyd's overly flashy move by rushing towards him and launching a punch at him, not just any punch but a punch enhanced by her gravity shield; giving it extreme force.

[Another rune appears in midair, blocking the two missiles and causing the missiles to explode the second they hit it. The impact seems to have pushed Aquarius back, like he would have if he used an actual shield]

Lloyd is knocked away by the punch, but takes much less damage than he should have from it.

"Guh. Time to stop playing around!"

A dark aura surrounds Lloyd, and he dashes back into the action, repeatedly thrusting his sword so rapidly that it looks like an absolute rain of blades. On the last one, he thrusts his sword powerfully, once again, throwing green waves off his sword, almost like he was cutting the air itself.

"Sonic Sword Rain!"

Neith darts and dances past the beams, but since Lloyd was now getting serious; Neith was starting to take hits thanks to her complacency.

Tch!

Finding no reason to hold back anymore, Neith jets upwards and releases a rain of bomblets from her Vector Trap at Lloyd in the manner of a bombing run before also pulling out a pair of javelins from it.

Lloyd dodges between the bombs, for the most part. He charges at Neith with a shoulder bash that sends out a short-range shockwave of blue energy that is shaped like a large lion's head.

"Beast!"

This, however, allowed one bomb to hit him directly, injuring his right arm.

Lloyd's rising shoulder tackle sends Neith rocketing backwards with a cry of pain and frustration, recovering her Balance; she then hurls one of her Javelins at Lloyd, should it strike or impale him; it will project an extremely powerful electric shock.

Neith is human-sized.

Lloyd rolls, the javelin only tearing a bit of his coat. Even so, he is shocked a little, and stumbles coming out of the roll.

Neith throws her second Javelin before rushing forward and attempting to dice Lloyd with her wristblades.

Lloyd is ready for the javelin this time, and the same golden nimbus that he used at the start of the battle surrounds him again, deflecting the nimbus.

"Guardian!"

Then it disappears, almost as quickly as it arrived, and Lloyd slams his fire-sword into the ground, causing a shockwave around him, in an attempt to keep a Neith from getting too close.

"Fierce Demon Fang!"

Neith comes to a sudden and intense stop when she saw Lloyd prepare an AOE attack and manages to jump over it a moment before it reached her.

Heh!

The Machine the attempts to dive-kick Lloyd.

Lloyd jumps back, taking the opportunity of his opponent being on the ground to shoulder charge at Neith again, only this time, he follows up with a horizontal slash from his sword, and it's this that unleashes the lion's head shockwave.

"Hunting Beast!"

Neith stands her ground and responds to the shoulder tackle by trying to punch through Lloyd's magic with her gravity knuckleduster.

As the shockwave hits the gravity fist, the dark aura around Lloyd fades, and he is thrown back, apparently very hurt.

"Lloyd!!!"

A short, blonde girl runs out of where she was hiding nearby.

"Guys! Bring the Rheiards, now!"

A large party of flying machines descend out of the clouds, and the blonde girls lifts Lloyd onto one. She mounts the same one, and the group fly off.

Sorry. Gotta sleep. Be on for much longer tomorrow.

Neith just crosses her arms at Lloyd being whisked away by his friends.

Humph. What a weakling, relying on others to bail him out...
