Valvrave is breaking new grounds in trainwreck intertainment. After refining the concept with Guilty Crown and fine tuning it after the first part of Valvrave, we get such a clusterfuck that nobody can look away from.
I still can't say whatever saying it is like that is good or bad.

Valvrave was the first series to make me drop it in disgust...
So, Buddy Complex. PV looks surprisingly good, but not announcing it until this late is kind of suspicious and makes me think Sunrise doesn't have much faith in it. Also, probably 1-cour, what with G-Reko in Spring

Buddy Complex looks like the polar opposite of what we got with Valvrave, but that makes me kinda worry that it'll be super dull and generic. It certainly doesn't impress too much immediately, seems kinda like a cheap carbon copy of SEED stuff, but we'll see. I mean Valvrave did that exact same thing and look what happened to /that/.
Why do you fight? Why do you exist?C'mon guys. I personally feel that Valvrave works precisely because of how insane and ridiculous it can go. Think of it as an example of Crosses the Line Twice. Yeah, it may be a train wreck, but here, the writers are conscious of that fact.
That looks painfully generic, although the title makes me think of badly done Foe Yay. Even the art looks more generic. I liked the Valvrave character designs better. Only guys seem to be pilots(just going by who-pilots-what in the description). Maybe it will end up as a cross between Free! and Infinite Stratos...
