A thread to discuss My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the tie-in media.

I wonder if crystal pony cuddle piles are horribly uncomfortable or if they're softer than their name would indicate.

I'd say you'd get very sore in the morning.

Good question, just how crystalline ARE Crystal Ponies?

@King Kix Man, at least my evening is really warm over here. At least I'm not baking like the last couple of nights or so or being disturbed by a thunderstorm so I'm good at least. Try to get some water in ya system, kay?

I can get it in, but the problem takes place outside my body. I need a cool dip in the tub.

^^^ Ugh, I feel you, man. The summer's been blessedly cool here so far, but it's only a matter of time before the temperature starts getting way too goddamn high.

Meanwhile, my sister in Vegas complains about how cold it is whenever it's in the 70s. -,-

That's... that's 20 degrees. I generally consider that a bit on the warm side for my tastes.

You sister is weird.

70 is about my ideal temperature. I can't imagine thinking of that as too cold unless you aren't wearing anything.

My sister is one of those people who's just always cold unless it's obscenely hot out. I'd be going around in short sleeves and she'd be wearing a warm coat. Maybe it's a circulation thing. Personally, mid-60s is about as warm as I like it outside.

Also, good news! I actually finished my material for my writers' group over an hour early for once! I'll have time to at least get started on finishing the background colors on my latest comic page before I leave!

I HATE the heat. And it's up into near 100's this week.

It's around 70 here, but the area is rather humid and I have to wear pants for work instead of shorts. If I'm just relaxing at home it's not a problem, but at work it can get a bit stifling.

Also, my brother went skydiving yesterday. My sister just asked him if he saw Michael Jackson.

I don't even know what to say to that.

Obligatory 113 here.

It would be funy if there's an adorable crystal pony snuggle pile, followed by loud clangs.[lol]

My parents went during January, and said that it was quite comfortable. So there's that.

@Crow: If the heat's too much, there's two periods of about 6 weeks of weather that pass for winter and spring here; hovers around 60 to 30.
