A thread to discuss My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the tie-in media.
All of the usual forum rules
apply. In addition, please remember that the thread is discussing a kids' show, and it's primarily focused on the work itself, not the fanfic — in particular, we don't want to see lewdness creeping in.

Well, that's unfortunate.
At least you're not Greek divinity?

Mom and I were having dinner, about 10 minutes after getting home from work (for both of us). My sister was heating hers up in the microwave. Meanwhile she kept asking mom over and over and over if she got a package in the mail, if any of the mail was hers, if dad got a package, etc. because dad had ordered her a pair of headphones online. Mom is begging her to just let her have dinner because she was tired. "Can I please just eat in peace?" And she flat-out says no. Then she starts whining about how she should be allowed to have her ipod, even though she only got 3 pages of homework done instead of 4. And one of those 3 pages was a two-sentence essay question (seriously).
Mom flips out, takes my sister's food out of the microwave and pretends to spit in it. And she did so while turned away from her so we didn't know she was faking at first.
I don't know which of them was being more childish.

Reaction Image RepositoryI bought comics 13-16 earlier today. Fluttershy volunteers everypony to be pirates for Most Definitely Not Jack Sparrow in a yandere plot, and Dash starts and finishes an armed barfight.
I love this comic series.
It ends with a giant crab. I'm basically expecting Rarity to beat its ass.
When they mutiny, Rarity goes right for the bigass claymore.

And now she's a saucy noir detective from Brooklyn. I love this series.
I'm on #17 now. I love the way the comics handle Luna. In her non-angsty moments she's like two parts Steve Carrell, three parts Xena.
Oh snap. Celestia had a thing for alternate Sombra.

Aaaaaagh, the wind blowing in through my window smells like desserts and it's really distracting, but I don't want to close it because it's a cold wind and it's keeping my bedroom from being disgustingly hot like it always is in summer.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.Well yes, I suppose so.
It's just aggravating my sweet tooth, which I haven't been able to sate as much as I'd like lately. Raggle fraggle money.

I'm still waiting for the day when one of my epic, three-page-long story posts gets the Post of the Day.
Massive wall of text out of nowhere.

We have to make this happen. Even if we end up with a giant-ass image (it's not swearing if we're talking about donkeys) just so the text can be readable at some level of zooming in.

This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...

So is Meta Four sort of a demimod now? An otherwise ordinary troper, but with modly powers? Epic poems are often written about people like that, right?
Or was I thinking of demigods?
