A thread to discuss My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the tie-in media.
All of the usual forum rules
apply. In addition, please remember that the thread is discussing a kids' show, and it's primarily focused on the work itself, not the fanfic — in particular, we don't want to see lewdness creeping in.

It's... mortal combat with a melody on top of it?
It's actually getting more complex as it goes on, to its credit. It's surprisingly catchy.

Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes. So it's like the development of ET except trying to make 52 games in the same amount of time?

That spells terrible, teeeerrible things.
That said, the Cheetamen seemed kinda cool... they could have been an early Biker Mice From Mars. Or I guess more accurately, another TMNT, but I grew up in the age when the TMNT impersonators were big, but not TMNT itself.

Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.Yeah, they had one idea that had some potential... so they decided to go and make 51 other things.
Reaction Image RepositoryThat Cheetahmen theme sounds eerily familiar. I could have sworn that I've heard a VG theme that's nearly the same as that somewhere.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's Play@Story: the start is very reminiscent of the original Mortal Kombat theme.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.I think we have a challenge on our hands. Who can last the longest listening to this crap?

That kind of reminds me of the games for the old Atari 2600, where the packaging for a game would make boasts like "27 Video Games". You quickly learned that they were all the same game with slight variations.
I put my friend in a coconut! He lives in my hat! Hey, come hang out!I had a plug-in game like that. There were SUPPOSE to be 78,000 games, until I learned there were only 78 to 80 games repeated!
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceYeah, I learned about that sort of thing in school... though we were taught about the originals on like, the Commadore 64, where you had to actually past a filter over the screen in order to get the right visual representation of the game.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.Guys, someone started a new game on my Ride To Hell file so I had to start all over. I'm only done 15 percent of the game in 4 hours. The controls aren't bad. Other than the treatment of women, and some ugly designs, I don't know why this is one is one of the worst games ever. In fact, Ride To Hell has worse reviews than Sonic 06.

As cool as the cheetahmen theme is, I don't think I can stand four and a half minutes of it.
