A thread to discuss My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the tie-in media.
All of the usual forum rules
apply. In addition, please remember that the thread is discussing a kids' show, and it's primarily focused on the work itself, not the fanfic — in particular, we don't want to see lewdness creeping in.

Yup, I miss the low key.
BTW, was Pinkie working at the fast food place or just eating there? The neck tray is probably just for customer convenience.
Also, how many unique fillies and colts were there today? The pic I posted above has several new ones.

Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectWell, if that's her special talent, one would expect maintenance to factor into it.
Reaction Image RepositoryIn other news I just watched the "Fionna and Cake" episode of Adventure Time. That was... a thing.
Reaction Image RepositoryBut all things considered Ice King did a pretty good job of storytelling up until the end.
Reaction Image RepositoryYeah, there were a lot of new foal models today, not just the endless Dinky Palette Swaps.
You there! Check out my Youtube Channel! The power of Ponies compel you!@jT. Didn't like it?
Also, anyone think it might be a bit of a stretch to think DT and SS were actually trying to be nice? Perhaps after realizing their bulying just wasn't ef felost it's effect after Flight to the Finish, maybe they're ttrying to hang with the others out of anything else to do? Just in their own way they can.
Oh, I thought it was hilarious. They did a good job of making the characters seem like themselves even with the genderswap. Kinda weird that Jake turned into a Sassy Black Woman, though.
As for DT and SS the way I see is that their actions in this episode didn't really have much to do with being nice or mean to the CMC. They simply saw the CMC and their connection to Twilight as the means to an end and tried to exploit it. They weren't actively malicious (outside of locking the rest of the class out of the pool), but they weren't really trying to bury the hatchet either. They don't really like the CMC to any degree, but they don't go out of their way to antagonize them so much anymore. But trying to be nice? No, not really.

Reaction Image Repository@Dark: Personally I thought they were just using the CMC to get closer to Twi, and gleefully tossed them to the angry mob when they inevitably refused to play along.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!
To be fair, DT and SS don't really interact much with the CMC outside of school (whenever they bother them, their usually alone) and they don't really have much reason to pay attention to that stuff.
I think so far, Root beer Guy was my favorite episode this season. I love a well thought out Background charcter story!
