Go To

A thread to discuss My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the tie-in media.

All of the usual forum rules apply. In addition, please remember that the thread is discussing a kids' show, and it's primarily focused on the work itself, not the fanfic — in particular, we don't want to see lewdness creeping in.

I don't know WHAT the Hell happened (I blame shenanigans) but we're going to start from scratch. Post your feels for this awesome show again! Naow!

Oh come on! Ginger's rants are classic.

Though it was incredibly annoying to have the thread constantly derailed by whatever bug crawled up his arse.

Nowadays, it's mostly been bad fanfics actually. So ranting is completely justified.

We seem to be discussing skype. I'm trying to figure out how to get Unity Scripts to compile so I can watch my script not work.

I actually laughed out loud. Do I detect a hint of frustration?

So "It Ain't Easy Being Breezies", one of my most anticipated episodes of the season for several reasons, is going to be bookended by CMC eps, which these days rarely feature more than one member of the main cast.

At least one of those will have Twilight in it...?

Yeah, that pretty much summed up Ginger's presence on the old thread

He forgot about the Won't Take "Yes" for an Answer part.

@ Kegisak: I understand that. I go through basically the same emotion every time I have to sharpen a new tool for the first time. Which reminds me, I need to re-grind one of my knives again. The bevel angle is too low and it keeps chipping.

Yup.

Mmmmmmyeh fuck it. I think I'm just gonna set my project aside for a while, cave, and work on one of the tutorials Unity provides. Tonight, I just kinda wanna watch Supernatural. Blah.

Ya know this song.

No I didn't, actually. As long as we're talking about music, here's one you apparently don't know.

It's pretty much a law of software development that things never work the first time.

I've actually never thought WWU was that catchy. Or at least in comparison to most of the other songs.

Me neither. Even in season 1, I'd rate Art of The Dress and At The Gala as catchier.

Winter Wrap Up was more or less what got me started on this series. The Team Fortress 2 server I used to play on micspammed it constantly, and I checked out the show itself after actually listening to it.

It's also really good in 8-bit, like pretty much everything else. And now I miss the Gameboy era. So much time spent with my grey brick.
