A thread to discuss My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the tie-in media.
All of the usual forum rules
apply. In addition, please remember that the thread is discussing a kids' show, and it's primarily focused on the work itself, not the fanfic — in particular, we don't want to see lewdness creeping in.

Oh, I didn't even see the signature. Anyway, I think Yarn Kibry would be awesome, but I doubt they'll actually do it.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayBoom, there's Pac-Man during Cheese's polka rendition of Smile.
Also, I want Mach Rider for Smash.

They already have normal Kirby don't they? I doubt they'll add another version of him in the same game.

On the side of the cart. That's where Pac-Man is.
This is what Pinkie normally sees.
Always clear your magic history.
And this was a play. Let that sink in for a moment. (Not in that way, pervert.)

Samus and Zelda both got multiple versions.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayWell that's more like a form/costume change. They're still the same person. Kirby's gimmick is already changing forms based on who he copies. Unless they make yarn kirby a "generic" or "copies another kirby" option I don't think it's likely.
http://h0useb0und.tumblr.com/Good catch with the Pacman thing. Reminds me of that one level in Bioshock.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayFrom what I've seen Samus and Zero Suit Samus have different moves and play differently, so I don't think it's that much of a stretch. For that matter, Link and Toon Link are totally different characters, not even alternate forms.
Edit: Take a drink.

Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayOh. Ooooohhh. I thought he was talking about the scepter cheese wheel too.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlaySo, when are we going to get pictures of either scepter swapping or Twi scepter face on the cheese scepter's cheese wheel?
http://h0useb0und.tumblr.com/As someone who's seen a lot of noir films and radio serials, I'd love to see a full on send up of the genre. Adventure Time did a great take with Bmo providing narration with it doing all the other roles with itself, and it was hilarious, proving the gag character can do the PI just fine.
It had just been one of those days at Sugar Cube Corner. The rain beat down hard enough I suspected it'd had a run-in with a dragon after one too many ciders last night. hard, quick, and none too bright. Could have used a rainboom or 3 to liven the place, but the pegasi had better things to do it seemed.
Business was slow enough it near caught up with Gummy, the office hours dragging longer than one of Twilight's lectures.
Thankfully there was a knock on my door to chase off the tedium.
A sultry dame trotted into my office, haughty as any noble with twice the class and half the arrogance, hips a sway enough to make a seapony blush.
"Hello darling, would you happen to know where I might find the private investigator, a miss Pinkamina Dianne Pie?"
I took a drag off my lolypop and a hoof over my desk before answering soberly. "Yes indeedily! Pinkie PI, at your service mam. Now, what can I do ya for?"
She seemed taken aback, but recovered quick enough. "It's my little sister, Sweetie Bell. She's gone missing, and the clops have been about as helpful as you'd imagine. I've got more than enough to pay you handsomely, and nopony else to turn to. Please miss Pie, I'm desperate."
For all her composure, this diamond was clearly in the rough. Her once neat coat was the color and stiffness of a stale marshmallow and her hooves hadn't seen a treatment in weeks. Yet for all that, her eyes remained sharp and clear as unpolished gems.
Talk was cheap, but the bag of jewels she produced out of a bulging saddlebag certainly weren't. I'd had to keep my parties to a minimum these last few months, with my belt tight and my bits tighter. But with that kind of dough, I'd get that party cannon fixed and ready for launch before you could say First Bank of Equestria.
I was about as excited as a carpenter in a timberwolf nursery, but sweet Celestia that mare smelled of trouble and daisy perfume besides, and I didn't know if I'd be the bigger fool to trust the mare or the money first. But what had I to lose?
"Okie dokie lokie!" I said, hoping that a few hours were the only things getting killed this NIGHT.

Yeah, this season has been really good for facial expressions. Granted, that's always been one of the show's strong points (see Dashface and any of AJ's sleep-deprivation expressions), but they've really kicked it into overdrive.
And now I go to bed.
