A thread to discuss My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the tie-in media.
All of the usual forum rules
apply. In addition, please remember that the thread is discussing a kids' show, and it's primarily focused on the work itself, not the fanfic — in particular, we don't want to see lewdness creeping in.

Make sense but feel unnecessary.
Since I don't see problem with her behavior in each episode.
In BNE she was chill because she was on event and was meeting fans.
In WA she was dealing with new recruits (If she was new at that positioun I feel like she was softer than previous pony on that job)
In RF competition get to her head and she went little to far, but hey, nopony perfect.
@Mio: It would help if we had some idea of how long she's been running things. Depending on how you interpret the timeline she might have only been in that role for a few months.
Reaction Image RepositoryWell I finally got to see That Horse from Adventure Time. I remember seeing pictures of it here before but I didn't get it at the time. Also, that was unexpected.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayYeah, That Horse is... interesting.
Also, I love how "Loyalty to the King" involved everyone being unable to recognize the Ice King's voice.
Reaction Image RepositoryThe song wasn't hilariously bad to me until the random video game effects started up.
Reaction Image RepositoryI haven't listened to it yet, but just the preview image is hilarious.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's Play@Story: The video is only like a minute long. Just watch it.
Also, Drop-ball is the worst sport ever.

In other news, I was talking to one of my friends over the weekend, and he came up with a headcanon about Spitfire to make sense of her personality weirdness. And I think it makes a lot of sense. It's pretty simple:
Spitfire was promoted to Captain of the Wonderbolts between S1 and S2.
In Best Night Ever she was more chill with RD and with Soarin' because at that point she was just a regular Wonderbolt and viewed them more as peers. Then she got promoted to captain, and she hasn't quite settled into the position yet. In WA she's not incompetent, she's just still getting used to being a position of authority. Same for "Rainbow Falls". This is the first time that she's been the head of the team for the Equestria Games and as a result she doesn't quite know how to properly handle the situation.
Does this make sense to you guys, or is it just me?
