A thread to discuss My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the tie-in media.
All of the usual forum rules
apply. In addition, please remember that the thread is discussing a kids' show, and it's primarily focused on the work itself, not the fanfic — in particular, we don't want to see lewdness creeping in.

Speaking of weird parts of the Internet, can someone send me the most horrible fanfics ever?
https://youtu.be/_1F5HhUvFbM?si=csgwerqELcG6615qLike, pony specific? Because if not I'm sure Pannic would be more than happy to set you up with Rose Potter when he's back from camping.

Oh, I didn't check those.
(One cursory check later...) No, I don't have issues.

Cheerleader time!
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!@Danny: There's a big difference between drawing the ponies as attractive humans and making porn of them.
As for the whole "Lost innocence" thing, I can kinda see both sides of it. On one side, you don't want to be a prude; there's nothing inherently wrong with sexuality. On the flipside though, the vast majority of animation today tends to be very edgy and envelope-pushing, a lot of them seem to work on the mentality of "how much can we get away with?" Which isn't bad, but I honestly find it kinda refreshing to have at least one show that doesn't rely so heavily on trying to sneak mature material in and just contents itself with being a very good kids' show. One of the things I like most about MLP is that it's entertaining by virtue of quality without having to hide innuendo everywhere.

Reaction Image Repository@Marcen: Alright. I'm kind of inclined to recommend The Rocky Road, but for... odd reasons. I think it really flops its moral, but I suppose it's not terribly written.
Also the first half a page could very easily scare you off entirely, because reasons.

https://youtu.be/_1F5HhUvFbM?si=csgwerqELcG6615qThe strange thing is that I'm only having a problem with the links in that particular post. Every last one of 'em is a 404.

Reaction Image Repository@Ace: Equestrian Slenderman is pretty harmless, really, compared to everything else.
