A thread to discuss My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the tie-in media.
All of the usual forum rules
apply. In addition, please remember that the thread is discussing a kids' show, and it's primarily focused on the work itself, not the fanfic — in particular, we don't want to see lewdness creeping in.

@story: Rice and seaweed just instantly make me think of the really good sushi the Chinese restaurant near me makes.
@Dark: Sounds like some kind of tragedy fan fic starring Applejack.

"I feel like I'm on a raft and surrounding me is an ocean of dumb."- Mr. SarkOh, I'm used to the kind where you cook your own rice and eat it while it's still warm.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayNow go watch an awesome zebra be awesome, and be introduced to an adorable filly with a southern accent. And a hilarious song reprise.
edit: Will this
dhelp?

"Still if you're going to eat salt and oil, might as well put it on something good like seaweed and rice."
Eww. I've only had seaweed a few times, and every single time it's been fucking horrible.
I'm not having the popcorn either though, I got doughnuts. Sadly the selection was terrible. There was one box of nothing but glazed, and the only other box had three powdered sugar and three maple/bacon. I just got a couple cake doughnuts with chocolate frosting instead.

Our definitions of "good" are obviously quite different.
I put my friend in a coconut! He lives in my hat! Hey, come hang out!Maybe it's not the same kind or preparation as the kind we have.
Also a heads up: To The Moon is in the Humble Bundle right now. It's basically a Visual Novel and the interface is clunky due to being made in RPG Maker, but I still think it's worth playing, and since it's in the Humble Bundle, it's practically free. Also, our trope page says there's a reference to Princess Luna late in the game, though I haven't been able to find it.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlaySaturday is gonna be sweet, but I don't think i'm going to like tommorrow's episode. Not because of Pinkie's quest, but because she claims she already has a family. AND she's a pie. So how will this work?
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justice@Kix: Family lines connected through marriage a few generations back, is my guess. Like, Grammy Pie was Grammy apple once upon a time, and happened to marry Grampappy Pie.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.

Nah, it's orange tragedy.
