Okay, that last act was pretty awesome. It's like they wanted to take another shot at doing the first movie right.
True. RR's Climax was still better, but this did feel like EQG's done right.
So overall, Really liked it, but still think Rainbow Rocks was better. Songs, meh. The competition one was the best, the Villain Song was good just, yeah nothing compared to RR.
Hey there guys. How are y'all doin' now?
boop I'm more active on hereI have to agree with that last part being great. Much better and less asspully than the first time they obliterated that part of the school.
Also, I think it's safe to say that improper use of Equestrian magic in the human world causes insanity now, seeing as that is twice that is happened now.
Also *2, they need to follow that little bit up at the end.

Avatar by Pastel Mistress: http://pastelmistress.deviantart.com/Argh, I wish I had been able to watch the movie live, but too much work. Oh well. I guess it's time to leave the thread until I watch Friendship Games!
Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself.I'll have to watch it tomorrow.
Reaction Image RepositoryNah most of that talk is in the EQG thread.
Short version, WAY better then the first, overall really good, but not as good as Rainbow Rocks.
Also, the stinger has some foreshadowing for the end of the season.
I agree with Seraphem. Climax of Friendship Games wasn't as good as RR's but a bit better than EQG's.
Wait, what? I knew there was that QA hinting at the season finale, but I didn't think it was tied to that stinger.
Have to agree on the finale thing. For me, it goes RR>FG>>>>>>EQG in terms of finales. At least they have learned to keep Flash Sentry to an absolute minimum now

Avatar by Pastel Mistress: http://pastelmistress.deviantart.com/Hey, they actually had a scene with him in it I liked. Not because of him, but because of Derpy. That bit was awesome.
Probably every major comment of significance has already been said about the new episode, so I'll just go with
Construction Guy / Beret Girl OTP
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...Of course, anything with Derpy is awesome.
If you want to make something better, just add Derpy.

Avatar by Pastel Mistress: http://pastelmistress.deviantart.com/You can dismount? It would have been nice if they told you these things. I do actually vaguley remember something like that being mentioned, but that was ages ago.
So since I'm not watching EQG 3 live and I'll have to avoid the thread for a while there's not much to do, so I might as well get in a bit of FF 6 while I can.
Final Fantasy 6: Where we left off, I was riding a chocbo around and was completely stuck. Apparently you're just supposed to dismount. Why don't they tell you these things?
When Terra came by here earlier, the jerk wouldn't let her through. But apparently having the king with you opens doors.
Finally got around to trying out Edgar's tools menu. Apparently he has an OP crossbow that basically kills everything.
Found a random house in the woods. It has sweet theme music, but I can't remember what it's called. Whatever it is, it's a lot less famous than Terra's Theme.
That Edgar is the smell of victory. Oh this must be Sabin's house.
You know, Edgar is really OP, espeically now that Terra is too shy to use magic in front of him. I hope he's not a crutch character. I also hope that he's not hogging the XP or something. I don't actually know how stats or leveling work here. Or whether this is even a game where leveling matters, though I think it is.
South Figaro has the same theme. Guess it's not Sabin's thing then.
Edgar is busy emptying every crate and barrel in South Figaro. I hope noone was needing that stuff.
The way there are walls hiding certain areas but you can still walk through them really messes with me. I keep expecting to find a secret but there never is anything.
Eye drops cure darkness? Wouldn't light cure darkness? I'm confused.
Bring me some cider and maybe I'll talk to you? Is that an actual thing you can do, or just a fixed line of dialog? I haven't seen anything like cider yet in this game.
It's getting late, so I'll just try to finish up talking to everyone in town besides Duncan.
Oops, looks like I was wrong about Duncan being the person I need to talk to next. I talked to a stranger in a bar and now I'm expected to name him.
Hey a guy with cider who just ran off. I guess that really is a plothook.
Edgar just walked into an inn, barged into someone's room, walked into their bed and talked with someone else who was sleeping in bed. They reacted surprisingly nicely, considering.
There are lots of shops here but I have no idea whether I should buy anything. Sprint Shoes do sound useful though. Do you need one for everybody or will just one work?
When Cider Guy ran off, he took the bottle off the table. But when I came back, the bottle was on the table again. I still can't take it though.
Well I beleive I have now done everything there is to do in South Figaro except for talk to Duncan and try to track down Cider Guy, so I'll stop here. Guess this was a pretty anticlimatic update.
P.S. If you want to tell me something about FF 6, PM may be a good idea, because I'm not going to be reading the thread until I get a chance to watch EQG 3.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayI would post my first episode reaction in forever when everybody else is busy watching the movie. :P
What matters in this life is much more than winning for ourselves. What really matters is helping others win, too. - F. Rogers.I have to say though, I loved Sugarcoat.
Brutally Honest summation girl.
I think Sour Sweet is my favorite because she had the best lines, honestly.
"I feel like I'm on a raft and surrounding me is an ocean of dumb."- Mr. SarkHoly shit, today's the day for me!
New episode, new movie, and updates for Rites Of Ascension, The Sweetie Chronicles, and Dungeon Keeper Ami!
So, is my human self in this movie you guys are watching?
We are all made of star stuff. Very, very weird star stuff.Makes sense she's called that. A girl name Sugarcoat who doesn't do what her name implies.
I didn't really care for the Hu Mane 6's "Rivals" because they just felt so shallow and flat. They're just one basic gag(One like's loud music, one is brutally honest, one is two faced, forget what the others are) repeated with little to no character or any sort of development. They're really forgettable characters who kind of blend into the background.
Don't think so.
