A thread to discuss My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and the tie-in media.
All of the usual forum rules
apply. In addition, please remember that the thread is discussing a kids' show, and it's primarily focused on the work itself, not the fanfic — in particular, we don't want to see lewdness creeping in.

That is exactly why I did the glitch.
I was able to beat most of them around the same age, but I remember getting stuck on Ultra Ball of stadium and prime cups.
I dunno, maybe now that I'm almost thrice my age I will be able to beat them.
(It'll still be nice to have my Pokemon Blue pokemon in Stadium. And Stadium 2 for my Crystal game.)

"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeIce Beam is utterly broken in the first game. For whatever reason the freezing status effect lasts a lot longer, not to mention it has very high accuracy and does consistently good damage against a ton of types.
Sleep Powder and Giga Drain is also pretty broken, and more or less let me brute force my way through the cheap Explosions later Cups loved to spam.
it won't corrupt the game as long as you activate the glitch correctly.
Doesn't it corrupt the Hall of Fame?
Even the Mew Glitch has a very minor corruption: It permanently deletes the last overworld object you saw. Which can be used to bypass Snorlax if you do it right, but most of the time it will just delete some random item or cut bush.
Man, how many spiritual successor campaigns are there going to be? We've got Mighty No. 9, Yooka Laylee, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, and now a successor to Fighting is Magic.
There's also Freedom Planet, which is a spirtual successor to Sonic.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's Play@Hex: The leaked one? That's not coming out for a month. We still have dress horse.

Apparently that channel 4 'documentary' about weird things (including bronies) is on now. Tbh, even if I could use the TV at the moment (it's in use already), I wouldn't watch it. I heard that too much cringe at once is bad for you.
