Fae's card flipped up revealing a pale skinned, vaguely zombie-like kid in black and blue Chinese garb with a seal attached to his face. He crossed his stiff arms over his chest and braced to attack.
(DEF: 1800)
"That's Ghostrick Kyonshee, when he's flipped face-up I can add a Ghostrick Monster from my deck to my hand who's Level is less than or equal to the number of Ghostricks I control."
She slipped a card out of her deck, revealed it to be Ghostrick Specter, and added it to her hand. She gave a thumbs up to Kyonshee.
"Great work Skips."
Skips the Kyonshee in kind turned and returned her thumbs up.
GIVE ME YOUR FACESavio grumbled as the energy blasts were reflected and bounced partially into him. (Savio LP: 8000 -> 6600) "Well, can't say that I wasn't expecting that, but for now, I shall end my Battle Phase, which activates the effect of Gladiator Beast Secutor!" The monster began glowing slightly.
"Now, Test Tiger's effect has the special side note that the monster it summoned is treated as if it was summoned by the effect of a Gladiator Beast monster. And since Secutor was technically summoned by the effect of a Gladiator Beast monster, because it battled, I can summon forth two more Gladiator Beasts from my deck! So I call forth Gladiator Beast Murmillo and Gladiator Beast Samnite!" The familiar fish-man emerged from the gate, alongside a humanoid saber-toothed tiger wielding a small sword, a rectangular shield, and black-gold armor. (Gladiator Beast Murmillo ATK: 800) (Gladiator Beast Samnite ATK: 1600)
"And now, because it was summoned by the effect of a Gladiator Beast monster, Murmillo's effect activates, allowing me to destroy 1 face-up monster, like that Kyonshee!" The fishman charged at the kid, swiping at the seal on it's face.

The seal broke and Kyonshee burst into pixels.
"You did good Skips."
She revealed Specter in her hand.
"I'll use the effect of Specter. When a Ghostrick monster is destroyed, I can special summon this monster in face-down defense position and draw 1 card."
A face-down monster appeared on her field and she drew a card from her deck.
GIVE ME YOUR FACESavio grinned. "Nice move! And since I can't do anything about it at the moment, I shall set two cards and end my turn." Two cards flashed into existence behind the three monsters.
- Savio LP: 6600
- Monsters: Gladiator Beast Secutor (ATK), Gladiator Beast Murmillo (ATK), Gladiator Beast Samnite (ATK)
- Spells/Traps: 2 Face-Downs

Kizuna straightened up and put some distance between her and Wille. “That's the spirit, dude!” she said happily, giving him and River the thumbs-up sign. That done, she withdrew her Duel Disk, which looked like a cross between a warbler and a space-shuttle, from under her longcoat and slipped it on her arm.
“Let's duel!”
Kizuna's LP: 8000
Kizuna drew five cards for her starting hand. Contemplating them for a bit, she drew a sixth card. “I will go first,” she announced. “For my first move I shall Set two back-row cards.”
Two cards appeared before her, face-down.
“Next I Summon Mecha Phantom Beast Tetherwolf in attack position!”
Dust began to kick up as a large, white-and-black helicopter descended from the heavens; it looked rather like an Apache, save for its vaguely wolfish cockpit and the two tethers it possessed in lieu of missile hives.
Mecha Phantom Beast Tetherwolf: 1700/1200 (attack position)
Suddenly, a hologram of the same helicopter appeared a small distance from it.
“You see,” explained Kizuna, “When Mecha Phantom Beast Tetherwolf is Normal Summoned, I get a Mecha Phantom Beast Token.”
Mecha Phantom Beast Token: 0/0 (defence position)
Then the helicopter — the real one — began to glow. “Now, you see, my Mecha Phantom Beasts get the Levels of all Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens on my field added to theirs,” Kizuna said with a smile. “Pretty neat, don't you think? That means Tetherwolf is now Level 7!”
Mecha Phantom Beast Tetherwolf: Level 4—>Level 7
“And that'll be it for this turn. Are you up to the challenge, mister?”
Kizuna's Field:
- Life Points: 8000.
- Monsters: Mecha Phantom Beast Tetherwolf (1700/1200, ATK, Level 7); Mecha Phantom Beast Token (0/0, DEF).
- Spells/Traps: 2 Set.

On empty crossroads, seek the eclipse -- for when Sol and Lua align, the lost shall find their way home."Wooooow~!" Wille saw the Apache descending from the skies. He looked around him to see any open roofs, but none could be seen. He felt some sort of hesitation as Tetherwolf's level increased to 7, but he noticed the ATK was still the same. Why? Why would the level increase, but not the attack? Was it just to intimidate him? Yeah, he'll have none of that.
"You bet I am! Draw!" Wille drew his card. A slight twinge of energy sprung as he drew it, like he just got a massive sugar rush. The smile would confirm to Kizuna that he got a good card indeed.
"I set one card..." Wille placed a card in the back row. As he did that, a hologram of a facedown card also shown.
"Next, I'll summon Spear Dragon, in attack mode!" He played his card. Swooping across the hallway was a strange dragon that looked like a mosquito mixed with a member of the Ceratopsidae family. The blue dragon roared as his stats showed up.
ATK: 1900
Wille looked to the Apache. He held out his hand, but before he could command his dragon to attack, he felt something.
"It could be a trap... one of those two cards could lead to a trap..." A voice told Wille.
"And I end my turn." Wille said to Kizuna.

"Hmmm."
Fae looked over the cards she just drew.
I have a few plays here...
"I'll start with Flip Summoning Specter!"
Fae's facedown flipped up revealing what appeared to be a bedsheet ghost with it's tongue sticking out. It blew a raspberry at Savio.
(ATK: 600)
"-Boogie, behave yourself. Next I'll Normal Summon Ghostrick Stein!"
A cartoonish looking version of Frankenstein's monster appeared on her field. He scratched his head a bit before letting out a bellow.
(ATK: 1600)
GIVE ME YOUR FACEFae regarded Savio suspiscioulsy.
Two face-downs. I smell a trap. But I can't let the oppurtunity pass...
"Since Specter isn't strong enough I'll use his effect to put him back facedown. Now Stein will attack your Murmillo!"
Specter went back face-down as Stein beat it's chest angrily. He charged at the Murmillo, swinging a massive right fist.
GIVE ME YOUR FACE"Well, thanks for showing me that monster, though it's not like I didn't already know what it was..." Savio remarked as Stein charged his monster. Just before it's fist hit, it struck a solid barrier that stopped it's attack in it's tracks. ".....but my Waboku trap card will protect my monster, as well as my life points."

"Now, Armor Master! Attack Gachi Gachi Gantetsu with Flying Feathered Fist!"
Armor Master soared into the air, and swooped down to deliver a slamming punch into Gantetsu.
"Why does everything have to loop back to YGO?" -Guy who ruined YGOHe nodded. "Why, yes I am! Murmillo, Tag Out!" The fish-man flipped back into the gate, before a loud roar heralded the arrival of a anthropomorphic tiger, wearing very little armor, but surrounded by an aura of fire. As it hit the ground, it released a small burst of flame, before the aura died down to just be a faint flickering over it's fur.
"They say that fire is a good way to get rid of spirits and the undead, and Gladiator Beast Laquari certainly does bring that to the party. And due to it's Tag Out effect, it's original ATK is increased!" (Gladiator Beast Laquari ATK: 1800 -> 2100)
"True, but you have to remember that even the brightest fire can be...."
She plays Swords of Concealing Light.
" Snuffed out. Unlike it's Revealing Light counterpart, Swords of Concealing Light puts all your monsters into face-down defense position. Also you can't change the position of monsters you control."
A trio of swords made of dark energy appeared in front of Savio's monsters, flipping them facedown.

GIVE ME YOUR FACE"So that's what that thing does. It's still going to get a Wedge Counter." Coro said as Armor Master jumped back to his side, leaving behind a small wooden wedge stuck in the arm of Gachi Gachi Gantetsu. "And Shura will attack an Ojama!"
"Why does everything have to loop back to YGO?" -Guy who ruined YGOI don't like that grin...
Fae suddenly felt a dark presence about her, like a shadow. Other people who are sensitive to Spirits could probably feel it to. As for Savio, he could probably see Fae's outlook get a little darker.
"I-is that?"
"Eyupp"
The Witch smiled coyly as she perched herself atop Fae's shoulder.
"Maybe you'll get a chance to talk to him this duel?"
"Yeah...maybe...."
Fae stared off into space before snapping back to reality.
"Anyways, I'll use this Monster Reborn to bring back Kyonshee, then I'll use it's effect to flip it face-down. Think I'll end it there."
Kyonshee momentarily appeared on the field before turning into a face-down.
Fae's LP: 8000
Monster: Set, Stein, Set.
S/T: SOCL.
Hand: 4
Grave: Monster Reborn.
GIVE ME YOUR FACE"Since Shura actually hit his mark this time, I get to call on another feathered friend!" A winged figure jumped out from Shura's shadow, this one with an orange bandage covering his eyes.
Blackwing - Boreas the Sharp: 1300 ATK
"Boreas! Attack the other Ojama!"

"Why does everything have to loop back to YGO?" -Guy who ruined YGO“All-right! I draw!” announced Kizuna as she drew another card in quite a wide arc. Glancing it at it, she added it to her hand and slapped a different one on her Duel Disk.
Mecha Phantom Beast Tetherwolf swerved aside. Not a second too early, as two jets of high-pressure air came from the sky, stopping the fall of what looked like a sand-brown Harrier jumpjet. On a closer look, one could see that it possessed a black mane, not unlike a lion's, and that clawed paws jutted from four different spots on its body.
“I Summon Mecha Phantom Beast Harrliard!”
Mecha Phantom Beast Harrliard: 1800/800 (attack position)
Mecha Phantom Beast Harrliard: Level 4—>7

On empty crossroads, seek the eclipse -- for when Sol and Lua align, the lost shall find their way home.

Savio cocked an eyebrow at the single card. "Not a very imposing start, is it?" He pulled a card from his deck, and grinned.
"Let's try something a little more flashy then! I start by summoning Gladiator Beast Murmillo!" A large gate appeared next to him, made of iron bars for the door and set into a stone frame. The gate opened, and from inside emerged a fish-man, about 4 feet tall, with blue skin and pink-ish webs of skin between it's fingers as well as between it's arms and legs. On it's back were mounted a pair of what appeared to be large jet engines. (Gladiator Beast Murmillo ATK: 800)
"And now I can activate both effects of the Test Tiger in my hand, the first of which allows me to Special Summon it because I control a Gladiator Beast monster!" The gate opened again, this time allowing normal-looking tiger wearing red, orange and blue armor to bound onto the field. "And it's second effect allows me to Tribute it in order to Tag Out my Gladiator Beast, shuffling it back into the deck in order to Special Summon another from my deck! So Murmillo retreats in order to bring out Gladiator Beast Secutor!" The fish-man retreated into the gate, before another monster emerged from it - this one looking like a bipedal lizard, covered in blue and silver armor with cannons similar to the engines of Murmillo attached to it's back. (Gladiator Beast Secutor ATK: 400)
"And now Secutor shall attack your face-down!" The two cannons on the monster's back revved up, before each firing a bolt of energy at the Set card.
