In a fantasy world, a menacing owl commands his army of ravens to steal the moon (humanized and given a feminine gender) from the sky. This starts a storm, after which the sky gets enveloped with thick impenetrable clouds, and the plantlife starts slowly waning away. A human boy (presumably, the only one of his kind), and his best friend, very old (but magic, so not aged) satyr get contacted by one raven opposing the owl, and the two embark on a journey to save the moon and stop the world from basically dying (without her sister, the sun is losing power day by day). Better Than It Sounds, and deeper than you think. Expect unexpected plot twists, and FEELS.

Well, personalized celestial bodies go way back. And you start taking ridiculous things like that seriously after the following conversation: Raven: "What can I do for you?" Moon: "Let me die."
Anyway, if you decide to read it, I have bad news for you: you must buy it, for it is nowhere online.

After a quick search, I came across Ensemble Cast. Is that what you're looking for?
If not, you can always ask at the Lost and Found
if you believe it's really a trope but don't know the name for it.
And if it turns out there's no trope for it, but you think there should be, feel free to pitch it to YKTTW
.
The thing is, I am dealing with a book that was out-of-print for over 30 years. You can only find a few used copies online. No one owns it anymore. No one cares. The author didn't bother reprinting it.
Now very few people know about the book's existence. If I don't share it, the great story which is Satyrday will be lost forever.
The only person who could care at this point will be Steven Bauer himself. In the prologue (that I put before chapter 1) I wrote clearly that, if he contacts me, and expresses displease, I will delete what I copied so far.
So, having explained what my intention is (to preserve great literature), here is the first part
of chapter one of this 1980 out-of-print novel.

imadinosaur is right. Posting it online is illegal, even if the book is out of print. Copyright lasts for 70 years after the death of the author. Even if - God forbid - the author died tomorrow, the copyright wouldn't expire until 2084.
And it's not that hard to find copies of it. There are around 60 or 70 copies available on Amazon. The new ones are a bit pricey, but the used ones are dirt cheap. (There are several copies that are $4 with shipping.)
I've got an Amazon gift card with a bit left on it. I'll pick up a copy and see if I notice any tropes that I can add to the work's page.

After creating an obligatory page, I realized just how obscure the book is. Even google search does little!
Anyway, if you can, get your hands on this wonderful modern fantasy!
If you have read it (a miracle), feel free to add tropes to the page.
