Where is this sitting? There's an Image Pickin' thread about this page that essentially can't resolve satisfactorily until something's done with this page.
eta: Wait, no. The YKTTW is launched. Moving the examples to the specific tropes is what it's missing right now.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanGot around to clean the wicks out. We're down to 168 as I'm writing this.
I've encountered cases in which the examples wouldn't apply to the other tropes, so they were nixed. A few wicks were replaced with Trademark Favorite Food, as they note someone's love for them, as well as one of the other tropes brought up.
Consider this a bump to bring this to attention to other contributors so they can help out.

she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportI've cleaned up the last 150 wicks. With the number of inbounds, is cutting this really an option though? Aside from the meaningless Apples Exist misuse, there are a fair number of tropes that this is mistaken for:
There's also the scenario where a Teacher's Pet brings an apple to class, though I don't think that warrants its own trope.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"It's a barely comprehensible line of dialogue title. I would not mind a plain cut, even with the moderate amount of inbounds.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanJust nixed the last one (page was just a list of tropes along with their Italian counterparts). Cutlisting right now.

Crown Description:
How Do You Like Them Apples is not a trope, but merely a list of apples in fiction.
The crowner also opposes disambiguating it, so I'd say cutlist and if it doesn't get accepted disambiguate.
