I sent BFG to the TRS a while back (courtesy link) but nothing was really done there apart from clarifying the definition. To that end I added an additional paragraph to the description, rewrote the Laconic completely (previously just expanded the abbreviation, now has the trope's actual definition), and went through the trope to zap non-examples.
However, it's still being misused as "any ol' big gun" (I even had to kill such a wick on a brand-new trope) when its definition is "ludicrously oversize carried long arms". I want to start a wick cleanup. Can't help ATM because it's exam week, but I'm finished Wednesday.

Trust me, I'm an engineer!
