There’s also the “Abilink” system, which allows players to borrow and lend Job Abilities to registered friends. For example, let’s say you’d like to use a Super Star’s ability, but your character’s job level is too low to use it. By using the Abilink, you can borrow it from a friend who might have a high-leveled Super Star. You can register up to 4 friends at a time, and help each other complete the list of abilities.
Which reminds me, is there anyone here who want this game that I do not have on my Friend List?

Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!http://neophoton.tumblr.com/post/61326873073/english-voice-overs-for-the-following-characters
I snagged a clip from the Famitsu Live stream for For the Sequel earlier this week. This includes the English voice overs. Enjoy.
They don't sound British to me (Ringabell and somewhat of Agnes aside), so maybe it's No E doing the translation with No A handling voice overs. Or perhaps they were literal on teaming up with Square Enix for a release and letting them manage voice overs. On the other hand, it's hard to hear them over Asano & Co. gabbing away.
I admit, Ringabell is a little disappointing, but Ryota Takeuchi did a fantastic job on him. Everyone else sounds as expected.

Doubleposting, but here's 100 improvements that were proposed for For the Sequel (and will thus be in the localized version as well). The link below takes you to a list that states what got in (of which there were a lot) and what didn't:

YES! ALL OF MY YES!
It annoys me so much when they don't do that!
...oh, and the other changes sound really great too (like splitting costume and equipped armour so that you can choose visuals without sacrificing stats and vice-versa
).
This is my current favorite of the lot: SE isn't going to do the remake halfheartedly, even if most of the content above becomes DLC.
Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!That translation list is from a friend of mine. Her and I have mostly been doing translation work for the game (and its side material) together as of late. We were going to collab on translating whatever material may be in the artbook that is releasing later this year.
If you look into my other posts, I've even uploaded the artbook that was bundled with the collector's pack. I'm a bit too lazy to link it myself at the moment, but it's also under the Bravely Default tag.

Is that new music? And new bosses? Awesome!
Finally, English footage!
Yuri Lowenthal to the rescue, as always.

"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerThat sounds like Bryce Papenbrook to me.
The few voices sound okay, but the direction could use some more energy.

Revo is the group that handled the game's music.
For reference, they also did the music for both intros of Attack On Titan.

Umbran Climax◊
Huh? I don't see how any of their games have had anything less than Superlative Dubbing, poor story stemming from poor original scripts aside.
Either way, I kind of found the way that some of the cutscenes are done distracting. Why suddenly voice them in a Tales type skit?
Do we have a date yet or do we know basically nothing yet?

Descriptions perhaps, but their voice direction really needs some work, judging from what I've heard from their recent games. They still have some genuinely (and/or consistently) good (or cheesy enough) moments, but besides those, they've ranged from not-so-stellar to bad.
And of course, they need to work on the story of their games a little, because holy shit!
As far as date goes, "Winter 2013" for Europe and "Early 2014" for NA still, so no.

Umbran Climax◊From what I saw, there was a lot of running around. Seems like this title would be more appropriate on Child of Light.
Modified Ura-nage, Torture Rack![]()
Turn-based RPG with an updated version of Final Fantasy V's job system, in short.

Early 2014 apparently.
