Masumi nodded in thanks and took a quick shot of Sojirou... and then another of Yukari once she had spoken. "Nice to meet you, Yukari-senpai. I hope we all get along well together."
All greetings now done Masumi stood up, offering to clear away the others' dishes alongside her own.

they/them || "Forgive me, regent of queer amphibians" - Lt.BGobAdrien stood up, ready to leave. "Yes, I've not got le BEST track record with le Polizei. I'll talk about it later. Let's just say that it involved alcohol and the metro." Adrien waved goodbye, and headed to his car, getting his luggage. The group would next see him on his computer playing a game in the common area.
UhMasumi came back from putting the dishes away, adjusting her hat slightly as she recalled her own run-in with the authorities once. They'd dropped the trespassing charge eventually after she had convinced them that it really was just a misunderstanding...
"Anyway, I only have a vague memory of where the dorms are situated, so if one of you want to lead instead then feel free to."
they/them || "Forgive me, regent of queer amphibians" - Lt.BGobWith the help of a passing teacher Masumi eventually gets her and Neku to the proper dorm. Her luggage had been sent ahead of time, and thus she excused herself from the group in the common area so she could busy herself with both unpacking and making sure her equipment hadn't been damaged in the delivery.
they/them || "Forgive me, regent of queer amphibians" - Lt.BGobYukari headed over to her new room and lay down on the bed.
'I thought I already had a dorm room here. Why am I forced to room with freshmen? Although, I could get some mileage out of that Soujirou boy. He seems far too trusting for his own good.' were the thoughts running through her head while she lay on the bed.
Kenta watched silently as the others walked past him, all chatting and being social, something he believed was impossible for him to do. He sighed, turning off his music player and resigning to his room...
Late Night ______
"Welcome to the Velvet Room..."
Kenta's eyes opened, to see himself sitting at a large booth in a classy-looking, old-time nightclub-the kind where you could eat dinner while watching a theatrical play. Every thing was a soothing dark shade of blue- the curtains on stage, the cushioning on the chair, the fleur-de-lis patterned carpet, etc. Funnily enough, the booth Kenta was sitting at was the only booth in the whole place, but he was not the only guest. Sitting across from him was a long-nosed old man and a beautiful woman dressed in blue.
"It seems we have yet another guest with an intriguing destiny." said the old man. "My name is Igor, and this is my assistant, Margaret. We are delighted to make your acquaintance."
"M-my name's Kenta Fujimoto." replied Kenta. He shifted awkwardly in his seat. "...what is this place?" asked Kenta, dazed and unsure of what was going on.
"This place exists between dream and reality. Mind and matter. It is a room that only those who are bound by a contract may enter. It may be that such a fate awaits you in the future, as you walk one of many paths that lie before you. But which one will you take? Only time will tell...until we meet again..."
_______
April 3rd, Early Morning
Kenta's eyes snapped open, wide awake right from the get-go. What was that all about? thought Kenta. He rubbed his eyes, clearing away the gunk. He picked up his uniform, tucked it under his arms he and left his room and headed to the shower...and bungling the first step down the stairs.
The boy grunted and yelped as he tumbled down the stairs, before coming to a stop at the bottom.
Kenta groaned, rubbing his now-sore head. Luckily, nothing important had been seriously injured "I'm alright..." he said to nobody in particular. Aaaaand I just woke everyone up about a good hour before they needed to get up. Fantastic...

Masumi was usually an early bird, but she'd been so tied up in unpacking and checking out the dorm last night that she had gone to bed later than usual. Thus the loud crashes woke her up, rather than happening while she was already up and about.
She decided to get ready for the day first before investigating the strange sounds; putting on her uniform shirt and trousers (and then, after a few awkward moments, putting on the school jacket too; it was pretty warm outside, but her chest was unnoticeable with it on) along with her usual accessories, stuffing her camera equipment into her tripod case and slinging it across her back, putting her laptop in its satchel and fitting that across one shoulder, and then finally picking up whatever books she might need for today. Again she was glad for the fact that her photography kept her in a fairly good shape.
After re-adjusting to the weight she went out of her dorm and down the stairs, finding the source of the clatter at the bottom of it. "That sounded like quite the tumble. You sure you're okay?" she asked, holding her free hand out to the boy. Remembering the dorm list and going through a process of elimination, she figured he was either Kenta or Kenjiro.
they/them || "Forgive me, regent of queer amphibians" - Lt.BGobAdrien was still sleeping like a baby, so his was quite a rude awakening. He woke up just to see what was going on, putting on his uniform, when he came to the stairwell. Looking at Kenya Penta Enya, and an Aside Glance at Matsumi to make sure he was ok, he shouted the following: "I warned you about the STAIRS BRO! I TOLD you dog!" And A dashed off into the kitchen.
Uh"I'm usually up at this time anyway, it's no hassle. And A... I find it hard to imagine him staying in one spot, let alone sleeping." She glanced with a raised eyebrow at the kitchen entrance Adrien had just dashed through, before turning her attention back to the boy.
"Anyway, I don't believe that we're acquainted yet. I'm Masumi Ienari, and that's Adrien Urbin who just ran by." She turned the helping grip into a handshake as she smiled slightly in greeting.
they/them || "Forgive me, regent of queer amphibians" - Lt.BGob"Is he alr- Well there he goes. I swear the guy's a hyper."
Muttering a bit, Sojirou realizes that he have yet to check on Kenta. It will be his fault if the guy's hurt. Darting downstairs, he sighs in relieve at seeing the teen mostly unharmed.
"Kenta, what possessed you to wake at this ungodly hour, anyway?"
Kenjiro stepped out of his room. Obviously being sarcastic, he muttered:
"I don't know, why I was expecting to be able to sleep. I am terribly sorry. It will not happen again."
After walking down the stairs, he continued in a more serious tone:
"Anyways...doesn't seem like I'll be seeing you leave soon, so I think I'll have to make the best out of it. My name is Kenjiro Matsumoto."

Yukari finally looked up from the book she was reading.
'Oh, I see we have more company. I assume Sojirou introduced me already?'
She proceeded to close the book before speaking to the assembled students.
'So! As the resident senpai, I guess it falls to me to be the person that you can unburden yourselves to.'
