You didn't answer my question. Why is there no one unified thread, instead of a dozen threads not created by mods that only ever get 3 posts?

Fan Vid has a lot of dead video links in the examples section. Should it even have an examples section? AMV's get deleted all the time. Even the trope image was delete and had to be reuploaded.

Should this become the perpetual broken link cleanup thread?

If so, it should last for years and get new posts regularly like other perpetual cleanup threads. (Instead of being dead for years).

That said, I'm here because I'm planning on updating the contents of X Minus One and Dimension X as part of my Isaac Asimov project. However, I'm concerned about linking directly to the Internet Archive. The list on http://www.xminusone.com is a dead link, and I'm not sure that the Internet Archive uploads are Fair Use. What should I do?

Me again. This time, anyone familiar with the webcomic Thog Infinitron? I need to know to fix links that are to the old drunkduck site (now theduckwebcomics), to the new one. I'm posting this in the webcomic forum as well.

There's a dead link on Yu Gi Oh The Abridged Series S 4 E 2 Puzzled Shipping regarding the University of Phoenix.

Deleted it as it didn't seem important for the example.

HoYay.DN Angel - in the Les Yay part at the very bottom, the second link (to the absoluteanime site) gets error 404.

Many of the linked examples for Scunthorpe Problem are broken. Forum

• The linked example for Facebook no longer points to a valid domain.
• JournalFen/FandomWank is now defunct, and points to a domain squatter.
• The link to the Forum for Frontier Development no longer points to a valid thread.
• Let's Play Forum appears to no longer exist, and the domain itself points to a game guide website.
• ms-news appears to also be defunct, and the link now points to a domain squatter.
• Link to the Mexican-language Yahoo article is no longer valid, and points to an invalid page.

Broken link found in Sexy Whatever Outfit. Even the wayback machine was not helping.
