- Name: Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus
- Age: I honestly do not know.
- Gender: Female. Yes, seriously.
- Appearance: Only 4'9. Tiny Saber
◊. Also has another outfit for fighting.
◊
- Kind: Canon.
- Powers: Nero is almost scarily strong, for someone so tiny—boosts from being a Heroic Spirit on top of having the ability to wrestle lions when she was alive? She's also rather durable, if not that fast. Her less direct powers include a valuable knowledge of (and talent for) the arts, now rendered usable by modern headache medication.
Her stranger abilities include something called Imperial Privilege: basically, if it would be an appropriate power for the Roman Emperor to have, she can emulate it. Everything from being divine in nature, horseriding, and swordfighting to leading an army fall under this purview.
She also has a Reality Marble-slash-Noble Phantasm that allows her to summon a theatre. It's pretty mild as Noble Phantasms ago. It creates an 'absolute Imperial zone' that allows Nero to realise her goals whilst within it. Generally, whilst fighting, this gives her a home ground advantage against enemies. Doubles as a handy way of preventing collateral damage, though enormously draining. - Side: Cosmos
- World of Origin: Nasuverse
- Personality: Basically? Very arrogant, but at the same time overbearingly passionate about everything, and a pretty cheery girl to boot. Nero appreciates the correct pronunciation of her title, but isn't particularly bothered about her own tiny height. Basically, what she lacks in size she makes up for in passion. For everything.
- Bio: Born. Ruled. Wrestled a lion. Killed. You know, the usual stuff for the Emperor Nero. Like Tamamoeblob, summoned by Cosmos, and she's been working as an actress and, for some reason, as a mall Santa.
Aww, I have to wait? :(

Literally, she can gain divinity. As in, she counts as divine for stuff that only affects divine things (the way the Skill is originally worded, she can basically emulate a whole bunch of stuff and some Servant skills) and therefore cares about that. It doesn't actually have any benefits to do so, oddly enough.
In fact, the only thing in the whole of the Nasuverse that cares is a chain that gets stronger if you're divine. @_@
Hm... Nothing really strikes me as odd with this post. You might need to beef up Personality and Bio, but other than that... I guess she's accepted for now.
And yeah, divinity in Fate is just a fancy way of saying "connection to gods" and not literally "A God Am I"

Fine, have a better history section.
Personality, I'm not really sure how to expand. I loathe writing personalities out...

I know that. But the point is that someone having Divinity, which, being from the Nasuverse, is basically just "I'm related to a god and it gives no real benefits", isn't much compared to an actual god even if they're from another universe.
Um, just trying to help clear this up, eh-heh. Amaterasu is definitely not overpowered and she's much more deity-ish then someone from the Nasuverse with Divinity so yeah.
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."Divinity (神性, Shinsei?) is the measure of whether one has Divine Spirit aptitude or not. At high levels one is treated as a mixed race of a Divine Spirit, and the level declines when the Heroic Spirit's own rank as a Monster, Demonic Beast raises. It can also decrease due one's dislike for the gods. It also has an effect which reduces special defensive values called "purge defense" in proportion to the Divinity's Rank. It can break through Skills such as Protection of the Faith.
A+: (Gilgamesh original value as a 2/3 demigod)
A: (Karna son of the sun God and later became one himself.)
A: (Heracles was originally a 1/2 demigod, but he became a full God after death.)
B: (Gilgamesh effective value, which was reduced due his dislike of the Gods)
C: (Iskander has been said that he is the son of the greatest of the Gods, Zeus, while there is no clear evidence to support this claim.)
D: (Kintoki, depending on the version of the tale, is the son of Yama-Uba impregnated by a clap of thunder.)
E−: (Medusa's divinity was reduced after her transformation into the Gorgon)
See? No mechanical impact (unless you have divine protection, that can basically get ignored).
Alright, there is one doubt I have, though I'm not sure if it's true or not, hence why I didn't bring it up.
It's regarding Nero's NP. I'm not sure, but I think it was pointed out in another RPG that her power is to stuff people in a reality marble and have them stuck there and not fight unless they agree with Nero... I think, I'm not sure. Someone clear this up with me.
Okay, I checked Amateratsu's sheet, definitely nothing too bad there.
But if divinity doesn't mean that much in the character's universe, at least explain it next time to avoid such troubles?
Also, that noble phantasm thing has some real potential to ruin things up. The whole pocket universe thing. What's stopping her from just putting everyone there? And by the looks of things, its gimmick is that the pocket universe makes her goals achievable. So what's stopping her from just stuffing every single enemy there, turning them into chums and just having the others (or even just her) steamroll who's in front of her.

That's not how it works. Nero gets an advantage. I... think I've seen a Reality Marble written up like that somewhere but Nero's works as written in the bio.
It doesn't last forever and can't keep anyone stuck inside.

"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."Um, I'm considering joining this.

Um, that's definitely not how Nero's NP works. I think I recall that one though, it was something someone used for an OC servant elsewhere on this site.

Burn up, hurricane of justice! It has its limits. The effect in-game is three turns where she can get past parries and the enemy gets weaker. That's a one-on-one fight.
Presumably, a more literature-friendly effect is for Nero to be stronger and faster, and the enemy to feel slowed down and slightly weaker. If there's a power gap in Nero's favour, it's widened; if the gap's against her, it's closed.
As for why it won't go around getting spammed: she's not a mana battery like Saber (Going from the way I play, Agility and Mana are probably her Dump Stats) and Reality Marbles are hideously draining.

Um... I'm certain that it won't be used in an unfair way. An advantage doesn't equal an automatic win, and it's meant to be a powerful trump card that won't be spammed anyway. That's what Noble Phantasms are. It's honestly not as bad as Saber's Excalibur as far as power goes, which I wouldn't use unless the target is okay'd to be destroyed anyway and it'd be IC for Saber to use it, but yeah.

Hm... I'm not really sure. At this rate, the action has picked up to the point where if people were to join up right now, they'd be caught in the middle of the action, bewildered and confused. Not to mention that my next post will start off this RPG's version of a challenge, and thus will set the action skyrocketing.
I guess it's closed for now, and when we get to a lullI'm gonna keep it open though. Though just a warning to those signing up, things might get hectic.I think Artorias is good enough to be accepted. Joker on the other hand... I'm not sure. First off, it's unformatted, a lot of the bits are pretty short, and he has two powers that I raise an eyebrow at. Joker Venom (so he has a spraycan of instant-kill?) and the Joker Immunity (Yeah, Joker Immunity is pretty much invoked for this entire RPG due to the unspoken rule of "thou shall not kill thy opponent without written permission", but there's a difference between that and actually having a power state "I can't die, nananananana". Insult to injury with the spraycan of insta-kill). I might have to reject it, since the odds for acceptance are pretty low. Estimate: 25%
