Yeah, Squick much. A piece of advice, though: Instead of throwing really broad concepts up, write a signup. That'll help the GMs see what you're talking about, and decide much more easily. Plus, if they reject the concept, they can tell you what to change so it'll be acceptable.

The smaller the object, the faster she can lift-throw it, to the point she can throw supersonic pebbles and playing cards.

Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.- Name: Inspector Jonathan K. Fairchild "Mysticop"
- Age:28
- Gender:M
- Appearance: Cheating a little.
Don't mind the red stuff. It's probably ketchup...
- Costumes: While he usually dresses sharply in vivid colors, Fairchild is not above dressing tactically or wearing undercover clothes when the situation demands so.
- Personality: Fairchild is... complicated to assess. Indeed, his usual self is not very sociable, and even though his appeareance isn't so bad, his mannerisms (or lack thereof) radiate a very strange aura, making people unsettling. Truth to be told, Fairchild almost never speaks of anything beyond his work and dedication, and even so, he usually is dripping with contempt and cynism. Despite his gruff outlook and his cutthroat blunt pragmatism, Fairchild is fairly reasonable and well-intended. While he dedicates his life to defend the city by vocation, he is able to overlook the rules sometimes for a greater good.
- Biography: Born to a single pothead of a mother, forever obsessed with the old hippy movements and New Age movements, Jonathan was one hell of a wild child who ran amuk with little control. It all changed when a certain third rate crook, Weedman, summoned carnivore Cannabis plants to devour both mother and child for the transgression of smoking living beings. Fortunately, or unfortunately for little Jonathan, a combination of fluke, timing and a ton of mean child tricks (think Home Alone) made the little rascal beat Weedman. But the damage was done, as his own mother had died in the struggle. Now, little Jon faced Weedman's gang, who were after his own little life and he was an orphan.
Fortunately, an old bumbling cop named Sergeant Bertorelli found him, and took him in as protege, while listening very carefully to the traumatized child's story. He resolved to help the kid to fend of Weedman's gang, but it all ended in a wish when he found out that the Weedman's carnivorous plants had besieged the house. Bertorelli gave his life to defend Jon. Enraged, the kid resolved to beat Weedman a second time, but it was in vain. He made one hell of an effort, however, enough to stall the deranged villain to be stopped in turn by a superhero.
Jon remained silent, fully acknowledging the notion that... cops, and by extention were outclassed. Entering a Witness Protection program, little Jon from then on would singlemindedly devote himself to one goal. To reach his own limits, and by extension humanity. He picked up the name Tibet from ramblings of her mother, and he sought the spiritual land as teenager.
The training would be harsh, harsher than whatever had experienced, but when he ended, he felt he had reached the summit of his talent. While his training did nothing extraordinary to his skills nor granted him bizarre powers, it made himself realize that while he was no superhero, he was worthy of the title of heroes of old, instead.
His heart at peace, he returned to Radio City, and joined the police, eventually gaining the rank of inspector in an effort to support the often downplayed policemen of the city, whom he felt he owed the greatest debt of them all.
- Abilities:
- Heroic Body:Fairchild has an heroic build, meaning he is physically in the appex of what an human can possibly achieve. Indeed, if it was his mind, he could match the records set by professional athletes, and has senses that only few humans can match.
- Heroic Mind: Equally fitting, Fairchild is rather intelligent and quickwitted, able to think strategies on the spot and exploting each piece of info. While he's a fast learner, he's far from all-knowing however, and he still has to spend time learning stuff to be proficient. Therefore, while he has a passing knowledge in a lot of subjects, he truly can be considered good at investigation and combat knowledge.
- Martial Artist: Having being trained by secluded monks, and later incorporating things of other styles, Jon is one of the best Mixed Martial Artists in all Radio City, in order to make full use of his body.
- Mystic Training: Jon can also do meditation tricks to not feel pain, lower his metabolism to apparent death and some escapism. His training has also honed his gut feeling somewhat, but it's still inaccurate and vague.
- Police Training: While Jon can drive and shoot better than the average cop, there are people in the Corp that can do better than him.
- Equipment: Fairchild carries a service pistol on his own, a zippo lighter and a balisong knife. He has a personal radio that connects him to Police HQ. He owns a cozy little appartment and a dull-looking middle-class car, although if it is required, he might petitions weapons and gear from the police armory.
- Name: Daisy Maureen Raynor and The Wraith
- Age: 16
- Gender: F
- Appearance: Daisy with The Wraith deployed.
◊ She stares at everything dispassionately, or at worst smugly.
- Costume (If Applicable): Why should she need a costume? They should run in fear when they see her, not try to leverage her identity.
- Personality: Daisy believes that she has already won the race to the top all humans wish for. She wields incredible power, why should she not leverage that to do what she wants to these playthings known as humans? She is better than everyone else, and they should know it. She acts prim and proper at all times. Nothing can break this composure. Like many girls her age, Daisy is a fan of the cute and the elegant; she highly prizes cute animals, beautiful people, beautiful art, and beautiful clothing. They are to be seized at once, or in a social setting where such a thing would not be acceptable, treated with such possessiveness so as to passive-aggressively ward off all she deemed unfit to interact with her and her new friend.
- Biography: Daisy Maureen Raynor grew up in the lap of luxury. Dad discovered the wonderfully large stash of a lost Supervillain—his name is not important, he was a weak and pathetic fool whose powers were insignificant—and used his money to build a small communications empire. Daisy Maureen Raynor grew up knowing she was special, that the peasants below her were nothing compared to her majesty. Her father agreed with this outlook, and bequeathed to her something else he found on the Supervillain's property: a lighter, containing the poor Villain's spirit. Daisy brought it to school the next day and used it to get her way, keep all the kids down, and most importantly, intimidate anyone from calling the police or ever fighting back again. She knew that she most likely could not return to her own home much more, so she arranged that Dad send her plenty of money each month and that she live up in an old mansion on the south side her family owns, with plenty of money and food and clothes and butlers to keep her company. For now, Daisy Raynor would rain down upon the city with a wrath and force to take what she wants without asking. Asking is for the weak.
- Abilities: Daisy is extremely intelligent, though she possesses no real powers of her own. She is very wealthy and cultured, capable of holding a high-society dinner party off single-handedly with intelligent conversation and fantastic gossip.
- Equipment:
- Daisy's real power is The Lighter. This contains the spirit of some sort of bomb arsonist, an extremely powerful and dangerous one. When the lighter is flicked open, a monster slowly climbs out, constructed of flame and shadow and engine parts, with a massive toothy maw and twisted engine pipes coming out of its hunched back. Both of its hands resemble massive jet engines, with flame periodically spurting out of them. It constantly cries in rage, screaming for release from Daisy. When commanded by its holder, The Wraith can unleash massive gouts of flame from its arms and mouth, capable of melting metal when given several minutes. While it can move incredibly quickly, it is bound to The Lighter, meaning that it can only extend itself about five feet in any given direction from it. Obviously, a heavy dousing—like, a firehose or hydrant, not a bucket—will shut The Wraith the fuck down, sending it into The Lighter for an hour or so.
- Daisy also possesses a skilled staff of maids and butlers. They all carry low-caliber pistols and SM Gs, but are only trained in their most rudimentary use; no ninja maids here.

.*causally sneaks in*
- Name: Loren "Tiger King" Durgus
- Age: 28
- Gender: Male
- Appearance: Tigers never leave their prey alive!
◊
- Costume (If Applicable): No point really. Kinda hard to hide a giant metal leg, so he doesn't see the point in hiding behind a civilian disguise.
- Personality: Loren is a man of the hunt. He is stubborn and will pursue any conflict until it is resolved, be it from killing someone to asking someone out. Until he reaches that moment where he truly knows that the conflict is resolved, he will not stop thinking about it. As for his alignment on the Good and Evil, Lawful and Chaotic... It's on a case-by-case basis. Really, it depends on what benefits him. But he prefers to focus on issues of a smaller scale.
- Biography: Loren was born to two regular parents in a small town a couple miles out of Detroit. He was always a stubborn child so they ended up trying to ship him off to the army. Loren, being a cunning child, managed to dodge the attempt to discipline him and hid out a couple states over. Oddly enough, the place was a big PMC sort of place and the propaganda eventually got him involved. After receiving Training from Hell, Loren toughened up but never quite lost his wistful stubbornness. However, in a battle, he lost his leg to some stray bullets. After getting a cybernetic leg for replacement, Loren learned that the leg he got was one last parting gift from his asshole trainer: the leg had a special heating unit that did not shut off. There was a ventilation system built into it but if it was closed off, the leg managed to condense heat to such a degree that it managed to form what Loren had taken to calling "Fire Bombs". With this new tool at his disposal, Loren decided that he finally resolved his conflict working with the PMC and took his leave. Setting his nomadic sights on Radio City, he made his way to the land of heroes and villains. Because he figures he'd fit right in.
- Abilities: Aside from his leg and being Army Tough(TM), nothing particularly. Well, in addition to his ability to withstand a great deal of pain, his ability to resist heat is particularly well trained, in part thanks to his leg.
- Equipment:
- Wanghu: Loren's trusty clawed mechanical left leg. It is always hot enough to cause third-degree burns, even when properly ventilated. Even with his heat resistance, Loren still wears heat-proof gloves and other clothing to manipulate the controls on his leg. Speaking of, the controls on his leg are fairly basic. There is a manual switch for the ventilation where someone's pocket would be. This is Loren's favourite way of exercising his leg as a weapon and has three settings: open, shut, and bottom open only. The last two are the ones used in battle, to focus and direct the "Fire Bombs". Also, there is a bizarre jammed switch on the heel, which closes the vents when the heel is slammed on the ground. However, the bottom vent opens up when swung with sufficient force when shut with the second switch. Speaking of the bottom vent, the ventilation system is set up with a bottom vent that covers the area between the toes and heels. Also, there are smaller sectional vents along the thigh area.
- The Tiger's Eye: A cybernetic eye that glows nice and red. It doesn't have a whole load of special doo-dads to go along with it. It does have a handy heat gauge that tells him hot Wanghu is and a topographic map of the general area (not very far; think fighting range). How he got is only known by him, as each time someone asks about it, it is a different story. Even if someone asks him multiple times, they'll get a different answer each time.
- He also carries a survival knife, a pack of toothpicks, and a few other small little paraphernalia on his person at all times.
- Additional Notes: The PMC he was with was named the Fire Fists. Also, he insists Loren is a boy's name.

"Evii is right though" -Saturn "I didn't know you were a bitch Evii." -Lior ValThat actually is a good idea. I didn't want to write up a character just to be told it didn't work.
- Name: Nico Graving -The Undying Horror
- Age: Unknown, presumed to be thirty to forty years old.
- Gender: Male, though is subject to change due to his powers' nature
- Appearance: Constantly changing, he is normally male though. His body is riddled with scars and deformities, and there is little of his natural body left. He doesn't even try to have his body match, and thus conceals his whole body when he enters the public.
- Costume (If Applicable): N/A
- Personality: Despite the horrific nature of his powers, he considers himself a hero. Though, because of his powers, his nature as a hero is vastly warped. He will kill lesser animals and "undesirables" when he needs to build a supply for his power. Because of the silly notion that all living beings deserve to live, he's considered a villain. Though, since he'll attack and kill anyone fighting him this further marks him as a villain. He truly wants to make the world better, and will kill any he considers a threat to society. He has long since lost any shame or fear he had of his powers, and is nearly no-nonsense. Though, he considers his power an art-form and never passes up a chance to try something that comes to mind.
- Biography: Born of a necromancer and his constructed wife, Nico picked up a warped form of necromancy due to his mother's very life being held together by magic. He's actually younger than presumed, as he was born about twenty-five years ago. Though, the only part of his body considered alive was his brain. This was due to a mess-up in the signals from his power, and since his own father didn't quite understand what was going on most of Nico's body was constructed from dead bodies. He grew up around corpses, and never found it strange his mom had a patchwork body or that his father often employed necromancy. What he did find strange, however,
- Abilities: Necromantic Creation allows him to manipulate and shape dead tissue. Though, to do so it has to be connected to him so he absorbs dead biological tissue into his body. Capable of altering the death/life state of tissue on his body, he can seamlessly detach and meld his body make-up. He's only able to manipulate tissue when its considered dead though, and this frequently results in his body breaking apart. In addition, he's capable of creating living and undead beings from his body. He can remotely control his undead minions, and is able to forcefully make them explode. Though, any undead constructs are considered a part of him and he needs to focus on them for them to do anything. Though able to absorb superpowered creatures, the majority of any powers he absorbs is unusable. Though capable of exploding his constructs into flames they need to be detached first and can't use powers that are incompatible with dead tissue. Furthermore, the only things he can't convert from dead/living are brains. The only time he can convert a dead brain into living is when its being given a body of its own. Though, due to his power's nature it gives him a warped version of shape-shifting that can't alter the fundamental nature of the tissue. So he can't change bone into flesh, though can rearrange the bone as he desires.
- Equipment: N/A
- Additional Notes: When killing super heroes/villains and other important figures, he likes to claim "trophies" that show he killed them.
Can I finish the bio later? Whether not make a fully detailed bio and have to remake the whole thing. Though, I figure innate magic bleeds off in small amounts and that creatures that has magic as a heavy part of their construction can warp abilities. Not sure about actual magic users, so I figure Nico's father is a necromancer by birth.
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."@ Taco: Stalwart, Daisy, and her wraith are all accepted.
@ Atomic Nut: Looks good. Accepted.
@ Evi I Paladin: Accepted. I'll put him under Neutral when I get around to updating the list.
@ Kkutwar: Rejected. Necromancy flesh manipulation and the like are frankly way too gruesome for my tastes and I think would be at odds with the tone I want for the RP.
Eh, worth a try. I take it this isn't supposed to be very serious? Well, can I have a character that can telekinetically shape and absorb inorganic material into/onto their body? Like, if they have a missing right arm they could make an arm out of rocks? Or they could meld a bunch of swords to create a metal layer over their body?
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."It's not that I'm disallowing serious characters, it's that I don't want people running around being serial killers and making flesh puppets.
As for you your new ability idea, like with your previous ideas stated before, I need to actually see it implemented in a profile before I can make judgment on it. You keep defining powers in an incredibly general manner, which makes it difficult to pass critique on it.

Just so I don't have to make a character and scrap the entire thing.
- Name: Edward Wells
- Age: Nineteen
- Gender: Male
- Appearance: Spiky white hair, grey eyes, five foot eleven, and wears something like this
◊ but no sword and the long coat is more like a jacket.
- Costume (If Applicable): Basically an assortment of random junk built around a human frame, like Iron Man if his armor was made out of trash.
- Personality: Though working as a hero, he does because his older sister not-quite-so forced him to become one under L.E.A.S.H. He really just wants a normal life after discovering his power, but accepts his duty because the world always needs heroes. He often gets annoyed at people when they don't thank him, or worst yet hate him. His civilian life is rather malformed, since much of his time is spent training with his sister. Thus he doesn't understand sarcasm, and shy around others because much of his life can't be told to anyone.
- Biography: He doesn't remember his childhood very well, though remembers at some point his older sister running away with him. Having asked his sister later, they were ten and five respectively back then. His older sister began work as a sidekick to an older hero, and the two lived under this hero until Victoria was eighteen. Up until he discovered his powers, his life was relatively normal. Though, once he turned nine he discovered some days later his power. Tripping from the top of the stairs, his ability activated and enveloped him in armor generated from the stairs and walls. He didn't know how to remove the armor at first, and was stuck in it for several days until someone with power negation was brought in. Then, things started getting worse for him. With his newfound power, his fourteen year old sister was eager to figure out how his power worked and to have him fight alongside her. Edward was rather frightened since he didn't know how to get rid of the armor, but his sister pointed out that was even more reason to train him. Their foster father finally stopped her, stating unlike her he wouldn't survive long in a battle. Giving up and deciding she'll wait, Edward went on with his normal life. That was until the supervillain Assimilation attacked while everyone was asleep. Long story short, Assimilation literally stole Edward's right arm so he could have his power. When he was given a replacement it functioned far more realistically than it should have. It was then that they learned his power allowed him to absorb inorganic material into his body and function normally. From here on his normal childhood ended, and his life as a hero began.
- Abilities: Inorganic Reconstruction, its an ability that allows Edward to telekinetically reshape inorganic materials and apply them to his body. The area and extent it works depends on how much body surface there is and if anything is missing. Since he lost his right arm he's able to create a construct that, while not in appearance, functions exactly like a human arm. Its basic usage is simply applying inorganic materials onto his body, though with some training its possible to change the shape and add more material. Though any constructed item falls apart when no longer attached to him, as trying to hold a detached item fails. Thus any material bound to him has to be practically fused to him to retain its form. He can not meld with water despite its status as inorganic, and is just beginning to be able to create devices from the material he absorbs. He's able to feed his natural bioelectricity into devices that needs energy, and could theotically manipulate his natural body structure to interface with the materials more directly.
- Equipment: N/A, one of the first devices he learned to made was a phone though
- Additional Notes: Lives at home with his older sister and their pet cat that has the mysterious habit of disappearing and reappearing even for cats.
Is his power fine? Or should I include more detail overall first?

"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."- Name: Charles "Charlie" Dourif
- Age: 18
- Gender: Male
- Appearance: Like this.
- Costume (If Applicable): N/A (usually goes around in his civvies)
- Personality: Incoming
- Biography: Incoming
- Abilities:
- Darwin Cells: A special ability of Charlie's which accounts for most of his sub-powers. His entire cellular structure as a whole possesses the unique ability to rapidly kill itself off and regrow itself to adapt to adverse environments and outside threats. This response is meant as a survival mechanism, one which treats Charlie's body like a whole species, one which wishes to survive and propagate. Whenever his body "adapts" to a new environment or a new level of tolerance, he undergoes violent, painful spasms as his entire cellular structure regrows itself. After this process is complete, Charlie's body is permanently changed, each new adaptation stacking. Below are some of his currently evolved abilities.
- Regeneration: As part of how his Darwin Cells work, Charlie possesses a high degree of cellular regeneration, allowing him to heal his wounds by consuming enough calories to compensate for the energy requirements to heal them. Currently he is incapable of regrowing limbs or recovering from decapitation, but can heal most other wounds just fine.
- Enhanced Senses: Charlie has evolved extremely heightened senses, capable of hearing things miles away, smelling things as faint as trace iron in someone's blood, seeing in the dark and other visual obstructions, and sensing various environmental conditions.
- Enhanced Physique: Every time Charlie is overpowered in a fight, or takes a new level of damage his body isn't accustomed to, it'll heal and become tougher and stronger than before to compensate, effectively increasing his power with every loss. It has also caused him to develop minor mutations to his physique, including a set of retractable gills and two prehensile tails.
- Pheromone Emission: Charlie naturally emits powerful pheromones which make him irresistible to the opposite sex, and earns him respect from his own, sort of like an alpha male effect. While it cannot forcibly control minds, it does a good job swaying opinions, and attracting potential mates (regardless of how opposed Charlie is to this idea)
- Equipment: A smartphone and other typical teenager accessories
- Additional Notes:
This isn't finished yet, but here are his powers and such.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialThis guy's based on one of my favorites in Marvel. Not a carbon copy of course, I gotta have some fun with it.
- Name: Jon Lewis, known as Doc Dandy
- Age: 26
- Gender: M
- Appearance: Black man, with wood-colored skin and a well-fed build. Usually sports a thick, wild beard and mustache for months at a time before people start talking. His civilian clothing consists usually of an oversized hoodie and jeans, with little regard for being fashionable.
- Costume: As to his hero appearance, that can change according to who he's invoking at the moment. He always found that his powers were a little more potent when his benefactors felt comfortable. Sometimes he might be sporting a fancy black jacket, pants, and top hat, a skeleton painted on his body. Sometimes he wears a simple hemp shirt and pants, cane in hand, and maybe even a dog at his side. Those are the more mild ones. Generally he sticks to a long fur coat that seems to open into a void in space at his torso
- Personality: Against a good range of stereotypes that have more to do with his profession, humorous and generally well meaning. His sense of self worth is tied to how well other people are doing, for better or worse. He tries to face the stresses of his self-appointed lot in life with a smile, and preferably amongst friends. On the more typical half, he's quick to anger, both if he feels he's been fundamentally wronged, and at the state of everything. This can have him quick to strike out before thinking things through, which given his set of talents, can become devastating. The fact that he rather enjoys the power he posses on a more personal level doesn't help. It's better (or merely hypocritical) that he himself recognizes this, and he's often looking to better himself both as a priest and a person. That being said, Jon's willing to go to extreme ends to improve the world around him, even if that means throwing away the charisma and methods of the traditional hero.
- Bio: The third generation descendant of Angolan Immigrants who'd come to Maine in the 2050's, Jon was raised in a low income area on the outskirts of Radio City. Having an uncanny interest in history and culture for a boy his age, it wasn't long until he learned of the traditions of Voudoun religion, or more importantly here, the system of Hoodoo magics surrounding it. In-between that and the rising troubles seem to haunt communities like his, he threw himself at the faith, coming into some conflict with his largely Catholic family. It wasn't a long bout of spiritual warfare before his academic nature (and a good deal of federal aid) earned him a scholarship to a decent college, where Jon found himself with the room and resources to become a practitioner proper. Before hand, his involvement was limited to prayers in secret and shrines meager enough to sweep away in seconds. With freedom and knowledge, however, came attention; by that point in history, Voudoun was nearly a relic. Students began approaching, surprising even to Jon, with small requests. Love, luck, unluck, healing, attacks, the usual. At first, after forwarding the requests to the loa (patron saints) through song, dance, and offerings, there was little in the manner of tangible success. It was easy enough to jot them down as simple coincidences. It was only after a dream that he had, where images of the Loa where chittering and arguing over a familiar looking boy, that he began to notice any sort of consistency. To this day, he still can't tell what they were saying, and that's after courses in West African languages and a good deal of French. After a hesitantly cast curse that ended with a girl on the track and field ending up with a broken ankle, he decided to cut the black magic cold turkey. On the innocent folk, that is. Within the following weeks, drug dealers on campus of found against all reason, a stalker suffered bites from a snakes not identified to live in this continent, and an obnoxious guitar player found found sparrows nipping at his strings. Jon found a lot in life in his newfound power (and a degree in cultural Anthropology). An odd lot in life, but something fulfilling still. He can currently be found in a funky looking house his home neighborhood, which undergone key improvements since the criminal element began disappearing suddenly.
- Abilities: Alongside his aforementioned degree in Anthropology and well-versedness in language, Jon's a magician and priest of intermediate talent, applying a diverse (if not necessarily potent) set of abilities:
- Fire Control: Simple and relatively undeveloped compared to his other abilities, but useful for a practical offense and a resistance to burning.
- Creature Control: Can summon or swarms of pests, vermin, poisonous critters to harass a target, or to act as spies. He can influence larger, more dangerous creatures, but only when he can see them.
- Illusions: Can create convincing illusions, of sight and sound, light and color but only replicate a realistic sense of touch when he's remembers it freshly. He can apply these to himself as well.
- Healing: Can heal a person of wounds and ailments of limited severity, perhaps only up to a handful gunshot wounds and a few broken bones, or the early onset of greater illnesses. Can stabilize more severe wounds, and temporarily offset the symptoms of terminal diseases in later stages.
- Gliding: Can't fly yet, but can at least not fall to his death.
- Communication: Can speak with the spirits of the recently (within a month) dead with his own power, requiring appropriate offerings to either the loa of death (Baron Samedi) or said deceased person for more advanced casting.
- Invocation: Can invoke the loa of his choice to use him as a vessel, gaining part of their power, but losing his own traits for the time that they inhabit him. The process takes well over an hour, and can't be preformed in combat unless he happens to be fighting mutant snails. Can increase the potency and range of his power against a particular person if he's in possession of a cherished item of theirs.
- Equipment: A pair of machete's he can obscure either within his coat, or by a glamour if he's wearing a hoody. Combines fencing and his (limited) abilities for a devastating mix. If that doesn't seem practical, he carries a sizable revolver-style blaster.

To the law and for the good of man. All I need to live by.- Name: Anne Cecilia Lanek, Verdant Sentinel
- Age: 16
- Gender: female
- Appearance: A short mousy slender girl with bob-cut short hair, pale pink skin and hazel eyes.
- Costume: This
◊
- Costume: This
- Personality: Shy, introverted and a tad insecure, but with a good heart and bold when the situation arises.
- Biography: Anne had an odd childhood to say the least, orphaned at a young age when her parents were involved in a laboratory accident. She still manages for it to be pseudo normal. Pseudo, because of the events of one fateful day in which she was exploring the ruins of an old research facility because of a bet, there she met “It”. It being the prototype artificial life form known as S.A.C.S.O (Synthetic Adaptable Combat Support Organism), which resided in the only intact vat in the ruins, locked in its ball form. She releases it accidentally; it proceeds to follow her, like a puppy, and exhibits a generally animal-like behavior. She’s generally creeped out by it, since it kept following, little did she know the orb had consumed one of her hairs and had bonded itself to the girl. This continued to annoy her until it, who she had named Zack by this point, until, a couple of years later it saved her from a band of muggers, forming a suit around her and helping her fight them off. Now living in an apartment in the core of radio city, she uses the suit as the hero named Verdant Sentinel.
- Abilities: Baseline human, nothing unusual here
- Equipment: SACSO, in its two forms:
- Ball form: A green and white ball about the size of a volley-ball when it’s ‘empty’ and a basketball when it’s ‘full’, which has a constant urge to stay near Anne. It can also form a small mouth to eat and drink with, as it needs to in order to survive.
- Suit form: A suit (as seen beforehand) that covers most of her body. It equips her with a variety of powers, a slight boost in strength and endurance for starters, added to the natural high durability of the suit. Aside of that the suit can produce a number of other offensive and defensive means. Thorns can be produced over the suit, though this was a reflex at first. This ability has been refined through practice to produce stakes, lances, and spears. Claws can be produced on her fingers and simple projectiles shot from the palms of her skin. Solar light seems to improve these powers. However the suit has its drawbacks, all produced weapons are made from bio-mass which the suit processes, from plant-life mainly, as it dislikes any type of organic matter that is more complex, as it cannot be easily broken down and processed. It seems to suffer extensive damage in extreme temperatures.
- Additional Notes:... none

The graceless warrior, wielder of the edgeless blade, prophet of the old religions, writer of fluent nonsense, saviour of soul and song. Here goes nothing.
- Name: King Corvus (Crane V. Cornelius)
- Age: 46
- Gender: Male
- Appearance: Here
◊
- Personality: King Corvus is basically a glorified gangster with a sense of style and a taste in the macabre. He tends to hide his emotional and mental instabilities behind a facade of grandeur when dealing with others. Corvus is particularly vulnerable to the feelings of his 19 year old daughter, Cassielle Cornelius. Despite his theatrics, King Corvus is actually quite frightened by most superheroes in Radio City, and he does not try to actively threaten or antagonize them.
- Biography: Born in New Jersey, Crane Cornelius was hated from the moment of his conception. Born with snake-like eyes and gray skin, Crane was a social outcast, and the only solace he had in life was attending the circus, where he could see all sorts of bizarre characters like himself happily performing. When he reached puberty, Crane discovered his body was actually quite flexible and that he was a natural athlete and acrobat. At the behest of his parents, Crane took a career in the performance arts as he grew older, eventually becoming a full-time athlete and performer by adulthood. Sometime down the line, he also married and bore a daughter.
- By the time he was in his late thirties, Crane once again grew dissatisfied in life, as the traveling circus he belonged to finally couldn't hold out against newer forms of mass entertainment. Without employment, Crane applied his natural talents towards crime, gaining large amounts of money as a notorious gangster.
- Crane threatened Radio City until the break of 2102, at which point he was defeated by several superheroes and the police and arrested. Crane discovered that his wife mysteriously died and that his daughter was orphaned while he was incarcerated, but since all of his subordinates were arrested too, he was unable to do anything about it. Crane emerged from his ten year sentence infuriated, with a newly kindled hatred towards the superheroes protecting Radio City. Crane rechristened himself King Corvus, the "Black Plague" of Radio City, basing his costume around Venetian theatrical wear. Crane also used his fledgling forces to be reunited with his daughter.
- Now back in business, King Corvus wants nothing less than full control over Radio City's organized crime, and to exact punishment where he sees fit.
- Abilities:
- Contortionism: King Corvus is inhumanly flexible.
- Acrobatics: King Corvus is a prodigious natural athlete and acrobat, possessing a peak human level of agility/acrobatic skills.
- Equipment: Being a multi-millionaire crimelord, King Corvus has a vast array of cutting-edge weapons, drugs, incriminating documents, and stolen goods in his possession; Just about anything that he uses to further his plans exists somewhere in his headquarters. When he's out on the job, he tends to bring something along in his briefcase.
- Base: King Corvus' operation is centered at his penthouse home, which is built like a fortress from the inside to protect him from a possible assault from the police or the superheroes. Only his most trusted goons know the penthouse's address.
- Name: Corvus' Goons
- Personality: Corvus' four henchmen are older, more experienced, better-connected, and have a defter touch than the average street triggermen. However, they are also prone to bumbling and annoying King Corvus. Corvus's men are loyal to a fault and have the same views and opinions as their employer.
- Biography: King Corvus has four hardened criminal operators in his employ: Brutus, Grant, Riley, and Standford. All four men are "wiseguys" in Corvus' family, and are full-time bodybuilders and fighters with a visibly superior physique, also sporting an impressive level of physical strength to match. The four also have significant experience in street-fighting, fraud, and theft.

"@[=g3,8d]&fbb=-q]/hk%fg"@ Plumbum: After discussing it with you in Skype, Angel is accepted.
@ kkutwar: He looks acceptable, though I would like it if he isn't able to merge with technology on someone's person, like Tiger King's
prosthetic leg, or any magic or super-advanced tech that's part of a hero's/villain's gimmick. If you follow that restriction, I'd be happy to let Edward in. Will you be playing his sister and Assimilation as well?
@ KSPAM: Do all these new adaptions stack one on top of the other? Because I have the worry that by the end of things, your guy will be pretty much shrug off everything that comes his way. Especially since you specifically say his body will "iheal and become tougher and stronger than before to compensate, effectively increasing his power with every loss." Rather than always stacking strength, could it be more that his form retains the most recent adaptations while losing the old ones? Also, no pheromones please. I'd rather not have the kind of mental manipulation that changes how a person thinks around. Though, maybe make it so it's fairly effective on NPCs, but player characters for some reason or another have a greater chance to resist on it?
@ goodisgood: Wondering about the illusions - how elaborate can he make them? Can he effectively make the entire environs look different, or just add stuff on top of it? Otherwise, accepted.
@ Sanojutsu & Tails Doll: Nothing to add here.
@ Chariot: That sounds perfectly acceptable to me. I look forward to your character.

I'm interested, even though I wasn't involved with the last game. Would a Mechanical Monster of sorts be considered acceptable?
As to the illusion-making, he can alter the environment, but not make it look like someone else entirely unless he was channeling Eschu (loa of trickery and deceit) at the time. And he can't exactly do that on the fly; he's no Dr.Strange.
For example, he could make a door look like it was at the other side of a room, or make a mirror image of himself, or make the sidewalk look and feel like fresh grass. But he couldn't make the illusion of drowning in the middle of of the pacific when the target is actually on fire in the middle of a circus act. Not with his own power.
To the law and for the good of man. All I need to live by.

How about the ability to manipulate dead tissue and ones' own body? Kind of like a necromancer, but more personal and explodey. Its called Necromantic Creation, and I used it for a Fairy Tail RP once. Granted, the concept of someone who constantly tears his own body apart to fire explodey flesh birds is sick.
