I've been rewatching the episodes and thinking about what Ozpin told Oscar. The below is a theory I already had and which is why I went back to the episodes (rather than the other way around).
I was already of the opinion that Ozpin's cane is either a Relic or the key to the four Relics, but I'm thinking that he gave a gift to each Academy head, not just the Haven headmaster. If so, the Gifts are the Relics. Or, there are Gifts in each Academy that become the key to the Relics.
That would make Ozpin's cane the Beacon Relic (which I suspect is Choice). The Haven Relic would be the tea set that Ozpin gifted to Leo (and which also has curly patterns like Ozpin's cane has, which are themselves reminiscent of the actual vines that grew up the house of the Wizard after the four Maidens helped him).
I'm half-hoping that Ironwood's hip flask is connected (which we've only seen once, when he first appeared in the show, pouring a little something extra into the drink Ozpin handed him), but it doesn't have the vine-like pattern on it, so we really need to see the Atlas headmaster's office. I'm expecting the Relic that Atlas has to be Knowledge. When we finally do see Ironwood's office, I'll be looking for something with that streaky, spiral pattern on it.
I was never quite sure whether Shade or Haven would have the Relic of Creation or Destruction (there are arguments either way). But if the tea set is linked, given its appearance and purpose (pouring tea, which facilitates meetings and alliance or friendship), then it would be more of a candidate for the Relic of Creation, leaving Shade holding the Relic of Destruction (and if Leo is indeed the Cowardly Lion, then the Shade head is going to be Dorothy - a Dog Faunus, because Toto - so Dorothy would be protecting the Relic of Destruction which is likely to be the one the non-Salem villains are superficially most interested in because villains are short-sighted like that).
What does everyone expect the Atlas headmaster office to look like? Given the way Ironwood went straight to the 3-D holograms of the ships to enhance his point, I'm expecting some kind of tech hub that acts as a font of knowledge that can be summoned by the finger tips - something that isn't so much an academy headmaster's office as a the military command centre of the army's leader.

If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.Just from Ironwood's and Atlas's general feel I'd expect his office to have a very military general feel. Which goes with him actually being a general so.
I think the show has done a pretty good job setting up each Kingdom's theme so that guessing which relic each one recieved is fairly obvious. Vale: Choice, Atlas: Knowledge, Mistral: Creation, Vacuo: Destruction.
So I found this while going through some You Tube recommendations, it's a little bit of a song from Volume 4 that we haven't heard before. Not the best quality and the first three minutes is Jeff talking about how songs grow from the 30 seconds we hear in the show to the full version.
According to this thread
on the RT website, it'll become available on iTunes on the 1st May. I don't think there's been an official announcement, however.
Find a Penny, pick her up, something something something good luck.
Just try not to fall to pieces, okay?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I don't see why people hate on RT for their First stuff. They're a business, they need to make money, and that's the exact system used by Crunchiroll for its anime and maybe Funimation but I haven't checked. The complaints about people who pay money getting early access seems like a major case of entitlement to me.
