I've assumed that Adam's initial plan was something among the lines of "lure Blake out of safety, then stuff in the bag and sail away", but now that Illia's been uncovered that plan likely goes up in flames. Ghira will be put on high alert and with him all of Menagerie, so Adam and his entourage will either bail or engage in an open war.
Im with LSBK on this one. I think its flanderizing that trait of his. It's just a shame we haven't gotten more of him. Well, then again, maybe that's for the best. I'm now thinking that less is more benefits him.

Pretty much, so far Adam issue is a lack of consistency every time he get on screen: he is well intension extremist, them he is cinder lackey or he is some butthurt ex boyfriend, the only thing consistent is that he IS strong as hell which Why I like him
But so far I dont see Blake or Sun beating Adam as long he have Moonslice, the motherfucker is Combat beast with it, being able to butcher everyone around him.

"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Thinking about it, I image that tidbit about Weiss thinking Whitley envies her and Winter's abilities is setting up a fight between the two. It's pretty common really, just because they think he's not good with it, and he doesn't care, doesn't mean he actually isn't. Hence he has no actual reason to be jealous. Plus, his line about growing while Weiss was away has to come back up.
So assuming it's some Mega Grimm Raven has on her side, any ideas on how she actually managed to, you know, do that?

I mean, the various Grimm hanging around Salem's place don't seem to be particularly interested in the nice, juicy humans who occasionally spend time there, and the Grimm Dragon had an unusual reaction to Cinder's voice (then there was Salem telling Cinder she need "it" to dread her), so maybe the Maidens plus whatever Salem is* have the power to control (to some extent) the creatures of Grimm, and the "powerful person" on Raven's side is the spring maiden.
*: assuming the Word of God that her looking similar to the Winter Maiden in the tale of the seasons WOR was just a coincidence wasn't a case of Lying Creator / Trolling Creator / Exact Words, as has been the case several times with Rooster Teeth

What cases? Because from how I've heard thing they either just don't talk about particularly spoilery things when questioned, or they're vague about it. I've never heard they've just outright lied about something.
And that would be a stupid case anyway, if the designs were intentional that would obviously be something they'd want people to pick up and probably wouldn't just say "nope, coincidence". It especially makes no sense if you think they're actually implying a connection between the two in the show.
But this still doesn't really have to do with the original question about speculating how Raven might have this Mega Grimm on her side.

RVB stuff apparently, though less outright lies than Exact Words being used. I never watching RVB so you'll have to ask someone who did.
I'm skeptical about Lying Creator in general. It often just seems like people are screaming that in order to justify keeping their pet theories alive. Like Qrow being Ruby's real father, since that got indirectly jossed by Word of God.

Assuming there is any conflict with Adam coming up, I wouldn't get my hopes up for any of that.
