I'm assuming that if they a different type of animal (ie: Feline Faunus and Canine Faunus) a random type of Faunus is generated.
Whereas if a House Cat Faunus and a Big Cat Faunus breed, it will be a Cat Faunus.
Although this doesn't matter since Faunus are very similar to humans and they only have 1 animal trait. Compared to other different species in fantasy settings. (Hell, the main character of Inu Yasha has dog mannerisms and he's half human and half dog demon)
AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!It's his body fur. Look at his arms. He's got thick fur on his arms and the backs of his hand. Coupled with how thick the patch of fur is on his chest, he's got classic werewolf symptoms (one of the signs of being a werewolf was thick fur on the backs of the hands).
It is not readily apparent what type of Faunus he is, but I am assuming cat because I think he's the Cowardly Lion.
If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.Lemme tell you about something I did today.
I work at McD's and I was handing food out the window. As a joke, I started addressing the customers like a robot before my manager told me to stop.
Feeling rebellious, I put on my most cheerful tone and greeted the customers henceforth with, "SAL-U-TATIONS, my friends!"

No that was all Weiss. It's not unusual for a trait to skip a sibling, and Weiss and Winter are the ones with the glyphs.
Her bother may be a brat but I doubt he'd frame is sis for murder.
It fits the theme of the ep and Hulking Out is just the M.O. for hunters.
I tried to walk like an Egyptian and now I need to see a Cairo practor....

In his first appearance, Wheatley said that he's changed and matured and that he's not the same little shit Weiss used to know before she took off for Beacon.
Interpret that tidbit as you will; perhaps it also means "I can now do cool stuff with my Semblance". Seeing however as this was a Boarbatusk, I'm gonna assume it was Weiss going haywire.
I defintiely think that Whuitely waSN'T involved in that. I thinkit was just Weiss losing control for a moment
I really dont know what to make of whitley. It was like when winter debuted. I had no idea waht to make of herm and i think the writiers didnt quite get across the interpreatation theyu intended for either character

No problem.
The problem with Winter and Wheatley is, unlike her brother, Winter had basically an entire episode to herself where she could establish her character. It helps that Weiss adores her, so we are inclined to be optimistic about her showing.
Wheatley just shows up and does a little talk; he had no voice lines in the last episode either, so it just feels like he's there, doing something unknown. Unlike Winter, he has no Weiss' adoration going for him, there's cold politeness at best.
Honestly, given how messed up Weiss's family situation is, I don't think the fact that Weiss hero-worships Winter is meant to necessarily reflect well on her. Winter is the perfect Schnee — aloof, arrogant, cold, ruthless, and powerful. That doesn't mean she's a good person by any stretch. Now, if she returned Weiss's obvious affection for her in kind, then that would be a point in her favor, but she really doesn't. Her attitude toward Weiss is more "shape up or you'll shame the family!" than "how's my favorite little sister doing?". The fact that she dislikes Crow (a sympathetic character who we have seen is a genuinely decent guy) is also a strike against her.
Meanwhile, Whitley's only appearance has been him going out of his way to be nice to Weiss, when he really didn't have to, especially since he doesn't seem to be seeking her approval (like Weiss does with Winter) or even particularly like Weiss (and Weiss points out that he actively dislikes Winter, but he still has good things to say about her). All in all, the little we've seen of him suggests that he's somewhat distant (which is likely the norm for the Schnees) but he's at least trying to have a good relationship with Weiss, for no other reason than because they're family.

Really from Jupiter, but not an alien. We've only met 5 Schnee and so far they range from: snobby, emotionally abusive parent, off-screen mom who apparently likes her bourbon, sister who had her allowance suspended for pulling the same sh't Weiss did but apparently got through it, and Born-Again Dennis The Menace. And then there's Weiss, whose long past the cold, arrogant traits she had in Vol 1.
We have no "perfect example" of a Schnee nor are we to believe that all Schnee are aloof, arrogant, or ruthless. 3 out of the 5 Schnee we've met/heard about defy that image anyway. Unless Jacques said something in Ep 2/6 I forgot about.
said b4 Mom-Schnee turns out to be Salem and Whitley her evil minion.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Winter never struck me as "shape up or you'll embarrass the family." She felt like she did genuinely care for Weiss, but wasn't very good at showing it, so she often went with Tough Love. She would snap at Weiss for her mistakes, but give her useful and heartfelt advice.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.@On Qrow: He's a smack-talking, perpetually drunken dusty old crow. Winter has every reason to dislike him, especially since for all it's worth it seems they've just met.
And yeah, I'm under an impression that she's strict - perhaps a little too much - but genuinely cares for Weiss. Wheatley, at the moment, is just a great unknown.
This just sounds more like you're treating your own ideas as canon just because. This statement doesn't even really make sense, how is Whitley having Jacques control Weiss. That's all on Jacques. And the second part of this statement has nothing to do with the first part.
On Winter, I think Jovian's description is apt, except for the part about her not caring about Weiss. Oh, and Winter's dislike is totally justified. He's the type of character who's cool as a character, but the type I think most people would dislike in real life, let alone a prim and proper type like Winter.

I don't. Jovian's description of Winter is basically "she's a terrible person because she's a bitch and doesn't like our lord and savior Qrow".
What we have seen with Winter, in her first scene no less, is that she cares a lot for Weiss, albeit in a Tough Love manner at times. The rest of their scenes in Volume 3 have Winter encouraging Weiss to do better.
Hell, Winter's first lines to Weiss, she asks Weiss how she's doing. She gives her a Dope Slap because Weiss misinterprets what Winter says from "How is my sister doing?" to "How are you doing at school?"

I mean, Winter does come off as aloof, cold, ruthless, and powerful. That doesn't mean there isn't more to her than that, but that's definitely an image she (and the Schnee family) try to cultivate, I think.
Even Weiss tried to do that, and still did to a certain extent, at least until the Fall of Beacon which seems to have given her some time on reflection.
It doesn't necessarily mean they're bad people.

I was directing that to this:
As for Ghira, he doesn't actually need to be a panther for the allusion to work, so whatever he is doesn't matter as long as it lines up.
