rollin' on dubs
I finally caught up with the series. Then me and my girlfriend binged the whole thing.
Just wanna say, if Emerald becomes a good guy, she called it on the first episode of volume 3.
My various fanfics. While I disagree with most of what Tairai is saying, you have to admit that portals almost always have the ability to teleport anyone who steps through them, rather than just the caster. That's why they're portals and not just straight teleporting.
Of course, the reason Raven doesn't use these to help others is unclear because we have absolutely no idea what her goals or allegiances are.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.I mean I'm... 60 percent sure Remnant has those. Holographic ones, maybe. Ozpin's coffee habits reflect the existence of some kind of daily paper for him to read while drinking such.
And given the scythes as practical weapons, boats and airships, and wagons and blacksmith towns, dance clubs and kingdoms, etc. I'm sure the existence of old-fashioned newspapers wouldn't be out of place in this Anachronism Stew.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!"The idea that a Semblance is a unique, often personality driven power, is still very strong outside of that. "
but Weiss semblence was her alone...until she wasnt, so I can imagine some family having heritage semblence two, there is not reason why not
So, we saw Yang, Blake and Weiss, we will return to Ruby?
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Next episode will rerun to young Rwby and her RNJR squad.
Development.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.@LSBK: As far as what Salem is, my own theory is that she's the sole survivor of a race of precursors whose extinction was in part engineered by Ozpin in the pursuit of his apparent immortality, which I speculate is a form of Resurrective Immortality that comes at a horrific cost ala Planescape Torment
While he now deeply and sincerely regrets what he did in the past, Salem hasn't forgiven him, and intends to avenge her people. Even if that means wiping out the entire human race to deny him his means of resurrection.

I honestly have no idea. A Lovecraftian Humanoid Abomination? One of The Fair Folk? Ozpin's disgruntled ex-girlfriend?

That isn't really the case.
What Monty said in interviews was that each Semblance is unique but there is an aspect of inheritance through the generations.
Applying what he said to the Schnees, all that means is that there's a larger emphasis on the inheritance aspect than normal. There's still elements of uniqueness between Weiss and Winter's glyph usage and summoning, however. If you look carefully, they don't use their glyphs in the same way and their glyphs have different styles: it's like watching two sprint runners in the same race - they're both sprint runners and they probably did very similar types of training, but they will have their own individual running style - if you watch them closely.
That isn't what Cinder said. She talked about taking a person's power away. The fandom speculated over what she meant by that and the two most common theories was that she was planning to steal Semblances or that she was planning to de-power someone by ruining their reputations or abilities (or both) in such a way as to render them a non-threat.
In the end, the latter is what she was setting out to do: she set out to ruin Ozpin and Ironwood's reputations (and by extension, the other Academies, too); she turned the robotic army against the people it was designed to protect, which was a form of 'stealing' the power of Atlas's army (and contributed to damaging Ironwood/Atlas's reputation); by messing with her head, Pyrrha's Semblance was 'turned against her' in the sense that she couldn't use it properly and was forced to use it wildly - with tragic results; and so on.
Required Secondary Powers for teleportation depend on the story's creators. There are plenty of examples of stories where characters could blink all around the place without knowing much of anything about their destination. There are plenty of examples of stories where the creators have required the teleporter to know the destination in order to tone down the ability's usability within that setting.
It's definitely not a good idea to assume that teleporters will always automatically have such requirements for their abilities to work.
You're assuming the ability to teleport others beyond oneself. That's not a safe assumption to make.

If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.
