My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. There is no such thing as a good page topper.
I was looking at some episode and I was amused when Jaune said "Glynda hardly ever yells at us anymore."
It's that he said "us" instead of "him", which sounds like the rest of JNPR was just as likely to get yelled at, either as a group or individually.
Yelling at Jaune for screwing up.
Yelling at Nora for screwing around.
Yelling at Pyhrra for getting screwed.
Yelling an Ren because why not.
"JAUNE! Stop f*cking up! AND THE REST OF YOU! Stop letting Jaune f*ck up!"
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Is Blake Unintentionally Unsympathetic as a result of her decision to run away?
If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.
Depend, in volume 2 it was weird she said that about running away because Yang just talk about not rushing toward the danger alone, and consider she stomp Ronan while Neo handle Yang ass it make the whole thing almost non-sensical
But if we talk about Adam....no, I mean part of Volume 3 is that each chararter get worst because they sucumb to their flaw: Yang was caught in Mer/Emerald gambit because of her blood knight tendecy,Weiss look she will follow her heart but in the end she follow her father and as Adam said "You will" and Blake indeed run away.
Now, I think Yang make could hate her for that, or being really angry consider she was to her in darkest moment, for Blake to run away like that....yeah, it dosent look good
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"I guess that depends if we're talking in or out-universe.
In-universe, Yang certainly thinks so and likely a part of Ruby does as well, though she's too busy trying to save the world to think on this.
Out-universe, Blake has probably made a sound decision to distance herself away from people she loves so that Adam doesn't track 'em down. Granted, seeing as he said he's gonna be specifically hunting for these people, Blake's plan might not be fully appropriate.

If Nora's screwing around, then Ren's failing in his duty and that's why he's getting yelled at.

it is not, Adam pretty muck kick Blake right into phase one, she try to get valour and tell Adam is not running away anymore....
And he pretty much show her WHY she should run from him as he hurt her and put Yang out of buissness(meaning he could do the same to everyone) in short Adam pretty much valided every fear Blake have: HE IS stronger than her, she SHOULD run otherwise people will be hurt and it will be HER fault for it.
Yeah, not a good moment for her

"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"I'm asking because someone's put down Blake as being Unintentionally Unsympathetic on the YMMV page because she ran away from Yang in Yang's hour of need when Yang ended up in that state because she tried to save Blake's life.
I'm not sure about the example. It's a badly worded example at best.
If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading. It's also YMMV. Can't Shouldn't touch it unless it's blatantly racist, vulgar, homophobic, spam, or some combination of the four.
If you want some objectionable material check the oft-forgotten Fridge Brilliance page

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Granted, Blake running away is obviously not good for Yang's general mental health. That said, I guess it's just a risk the cat had to take.
So a better question is: is Adam chasing after her or after people she treasures after all?

I guess some people think what Blake did was selfish. I don't particularly care because as someone else said, what Blake did was self-destructive superhero logic. Plus interesting characters to me are usually as great as their deepest flaws.
(2) As far as I know they haven't said. -glares at Black Sun Nocturne- Have they?
Jaune has facial hair and Nora let her hair grow some so it's been... at least 24 hours to a week since we last saw our heroes.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Only if you willfully interpret it as, "She ran away because she's a scared little coward abandoning her friends to face danger on their own, that craven bitch!"
This is a pretty standard superhero plot. The villain threatens the hero's loved ones so the hero severs their ties with their loved ones under the misguided belief that it will keep them safe from the promised harm. She left so that no one else will suffer like Yang did for her conflict with Adam.
It's bad logic and the rest of the team will inevitably point out the flaws in it, but there's nothing detestable or unsympathetic about it. She's making a Senseless Sacrifice out of love and just needs to be shown her error. We have seen this plot point in a million stories and it's never plunged a character into the Scrappy heap before.
If someone hates Blake for this, they probably weren't too fond of her before. Like many tropes on YMMV pages, Unintentionally Unsympathetic is a popular choice to shoehorn into "This character is the shittiest character ever written and now that it's on Tv Tropes, it is FACTUALLY ACCURATE that the character I despise is awful! I win!"

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Because that argument can be made for almost anything on a YMMV page and then nobody gets to have an opinion:
- "I think Weiss is The Scrappy and was never Rescued from the Scrappy Heap," "No she's not -delete-"
- "I think Qrow is a traitor." "No he isn't -delete-"
- "I think Sun and Neptune are useless and unfunny." "No they're not -delete-"
- "That time Ruby decapitated a Nevermore was a moment of awesome," "No, it wasn't. -delete-"
- "I think this episode was a hint that there are Grimm-human hybrids out there." "No, it wasn't. -delete-"
- "The writers of RWBY Chibi are shipping Blake and Yang, I mean come on, Yang doing sit-ups with Blake on top of her!" "They don't fall under that example because reasons. -delete-"

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!There's rules about whether or not certain things are YMMV examples, in order to prevent people bitching about characters they like. You can say Mabel from Gravity Falls is a Creator's Pet, but one guy got banned for constantly adding her as one when she didn't fit the example.
I would also appreciate you tone down the rudeness, please.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell? The problem is mostly that it was a knee jerk reaction, like before. If she'd at least stuck around for awhile she have found out that Ruby was heading off gunning for Cinder anyway, so regardless of Adam she has a good chance of dying anyway, and would have been helpful for Blake to back her up, or guard the helpless Yang. Much like how, if she'd at least waiting a little while when she was exposed as a Faunus and former WF they'd probably have worked it out back at the dorm room.
Of course it depends on what her plan is. If she's planning on forcing Adam to be unable to ignore her, and have to kill her, then running really didn't matter, because she'd never see them again anyway being dead, and they'd probably have tried to stop her.

Had an OC who's semblance was density shifting. One thing I had him do was hop into a locker, fly up up real high and jump out 'fore going real heavy.
