After thinking about it, Cinder should go out like Paris(the guy who killed Achilles). Get shot with arrows in the hand, eye, and heel. Then die alone on a mountain from the injuries.
Now that I think about it, Cinder does have parallels to Paris. She's an archer who killed a badass via divine(?) influence.

I feel like Weiss's dad not being a scumbag, even though it's kind of too obvious, would just not make sense at this point. Weiss hates him, Winter hates him, and all we ever hear about the Schnee dust corp is how they abuse Faunus, run smaller shops out of business and are trying to be a world monopoly on Dust.
Them going "oh but he was just misunderstood by everyone" would kind of not work I don't think.
He might not be evil, but I definitely think he's gonna be part of the problem, and Weiss is gonna have to give up her aspirations of fixing what he's done in order to keep helping Ruby.
Though some people think he is in fact evil, and might even be in league with Salem and Cinder and the one that helped them subvert Atlas security.
Maybe they hate him for different reasons...his attitude towards the situation could be scummy regardless of his actual personality.
Daddy taught his girls how to be "good" li'l racist.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.A grown man licking his...is not the kind of fan-service that we deserve, mang.
What if, he cut himself to rid his mind of the guilt passed from his pappy...
Fortunately this has nothing to do with morals and he's just a creepy guy who runs a large business.
...and "Blake" will save him from Adam because, she has to save the innocent in order to prove herself.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. They're already seen as a threat, remember? The whole off-screen nonsense that makes people respect them unconditionally...out of fear.
Tackling the big dogs, they've probably done that before too.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Oh yeah, I forgot. A good chunk of people on this board think that anything that doesn't happen on screen doesn't matter.
I'll take "what is world building, and why it is important" for $500 please
Seriously, off-screen stuff is important, and acting like it doesn't matter seriously annoys me as a writer. Not all the big world-building stuff has to happen on-screen, in fact, most of it shouldn't as large amounts of world-building would take up too much time for RWBY's time-frame when it comes to episodes.
Also: Weiss has mentioned family members of her being assassinated in the past during her whole "why I don't trust the White Fang" rant
On the "Adam kills Mr. Schnee" thing: I can see the Senior Schnee putting up a fight, but not beating Adam because Adam's much younger and likely has more stamina. Then again, older dudes often school the young whippersnappers

The problem is that when the stated world-building doesn't seem to appear anywhere in the actual series, it just feels like it is an Informed Attribute. Like if racism against the Faunus is such a big deal, yet there are only like two characters who are actually racist against them. And one of them might just be a Jerk Jock bully. They don't even need to be named characters, even just some background characters.
Also, remember when we thought that Winter was going to be a bitch sis? And she almost gave that first impression?
Only sometimes postsA certain someone can't wait to see the amount of racism that'll come from this new area. Expect an obvious divide.
Yes...all expository off-screen stuff that doesn't at anyway appear nor impact anything is irrelevant. The wonders of all that world building exposition is that it makes a real...real world.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Perhaps, perhaps the Faunus racism/discrimination thing isn't really common in Vale? Or is it a "nope, not shown on-screen therefore it doesn't happen" thing again?
Also: Weiss' sheer glee that Winter was coming kind of refuted the whole "bitch sis" thing within a couple of seconds, else why would Weiss be that happy that Winter was there?
Maybe the smug Roman shouldn't have gotten along so well with those Faunus freaks, maybe he could've berated them more, kind of push the line. Something a bit more constant...since Weiss-queen got over it in a few episodes.
Randomness would've been satisfied.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Well, Weiss would be one of those people who try to impress her big sister, but she is never satisfied with anything she does. Seriously, the first four minutes of episode 3 is nothing but Winter complaining about everything, including everything with Weiss. If that isn't bitch sis material, then I don't know what is.

Only sometimes postsAnd rightfully so, team RWBY is a ragtag group of misfits.
They hold eachother back from perfection.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Winter's supportive but strict. She berates Weiss frequently, but they're to make her better, and she does geniunely care about her. Likewise she's polite to Ruby, where as I feel Papa Schnee would be completely dismissive of this commoner girl.
Well supposedly. Someone suggested to be that Winter's actually with Salem and Cinder too and her personality is mostly a front. But I'm not sure if I believe that.

The obviously solution is this...Weiss-Queen needs to kill her dad, yay for assassination.
Or someone else, ya know...the bad guys.
