@TPPR 10: It would be completely valid and fit in with the names of some of the other characters we've already seen in the show:
- Weiss (German for white)
- Blake (an Old English word with two meanings; 'dark' or 'pale')
- Jaune (French for yellow)
- Pyrrha comes from the Latin word pyrrhus which means 'red'
- Qrow's surname 'Branwen' is an ancient (but still going strong) Welsh name that is made up of two Welsh words 'brân' (which can mean 'crow', 'raven' or 'rook' depending on context) and 'gwyn' (which can mean either 'blessed' or 'white' depending on context; note 'gwyn' is the masculine form, when feminised it becomes 'gwen' which makes 'Brânwen' a female name).
Total aside: I remember everyone enjoying the pun surrounding Qrow's first introduction (the bar he was introduced in being called 'Crow Bar'). It's a bigger pun than the creators probably intended; the word 'brân' can also mean 'crowbar'.

If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.
Actually, pyrrhus is a Greek cognomen referring to someone with red hair (literally it means "red-haired"). It also happened to be the name of the prostitute Achilles dressed up as when he was trying to weasel his way out of the Trojan War
Also, god, that means that pun's not just a pun, but Department of Redundancy Department levels of pun

At some point during the show, each member of JNPR will cross-dress. (In Pyrrha's case, before she attended Beacon. Or in Chibi.)
We've already had Jaune wear a dress, so that's one down.
Bonus points if Pyrrha cross-dressed under the name "Achilles". Super-redundancy!
Extra Bonus Points: Combine the above with Pyrrha being brought back as a bad guy,

Team HART
I brought this crew up before but, some pages back, someone requested an Alice In Wonderland team.
Harlequin Maddock, based on the Mad Hatter and the March Hare. White haired, green eyed and suited rabbit faunus (ears). The leader of Team HART, he has trained them to act in accordance to his eclectic philosophy, ordered chaos and well-coordinated incoherency. His "weapon", Camellia Senses, is a top-hat, seemingly bottomless from which he pulls out a number of tea-themed gadgets, mostly things with areas-of-effect that prey upon the senses. His own semblance, True Sight, lets him see right through his own tricks and his team mates are equipped and trained to operate around it too. They move in under the cover of his spells to wreck havoc on the disoriented.
Alice Blue, based on do I need to tell you? Plump blue-eyed blonde, because we need some big girls, damnit! Her "weapon" is a suit of power armor called the Duke Of Jokers, fueled by her own aura and allowing her to fly, zip around and fire of energy balls until she is drained dry. Her semblance lends itself to it, Solar Absorption, converting sunlight into aura. She has to stand still and also, yes, shout her lungs out while she does it, pulsating with power. Unlike the cartoons, her enemies rarely stand around and just let her do that though, so she relies on her teammates to cover her while she powers up.
Rufus Snikersnax, based on the wielder of the vorpal sword. Big ol' ginger mofo. His weapon is the classic sword and board, Sanguis Aspernor, an ancient family heirloom that's been upgraded over generations until its archaic appearance has become an almost insidious deception. He feels trapped by his family legacy, forced to walk a path he did not choose, but he’s too good at it to simply walk away. With so very little initiative of his own, he numbly follows orders, wading into battle with a deadly calm, his semblance, Density Shifting, turning him into a walking tank. I’ve very much modelled him as a foil to Jaune.
Tyrian Luna, based on the Cheshire Cat. Cat faunus (tail), duh, same hairstyle as Ruby with purple ends, lots of black and purple clothing. An urchin-turned-thief-turned-hunter, Tyrian has led a checkered past but he never lets it get him down, always smiling. His weapon is ‘’Nightshade’’, a pistol-dagger combo. He also carries a slew of tasers shaped like cat paws in a variety of sizes that attach to a target and administer its load of lightning-dust. His semblance is Invisibility, something he uses to magnificent affect, sneaking up on foes to deliver quick kills. Whenever he disappears, his smile is the last thing to go.
I sure hope they have new villians. They need someone to level up on before taking on Cinder Emerald and Mercury and them constantly trying and failing against them for the next several seasons (and the villians constantly needng a excuse not to just kill Ruby right there because unlike Pyrrha shes not expendable and cant die until the show ends at the earliest) will be very jarring.
It'll get old...
Like...at that point it'll be like why haven't the flame lady, the Merc and the Emerald keeled them yet.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. As it is I will be wondering why Cinder doesn't just show up in the first episode of Vol 4 and just burn RNJR to ash right there. There had better be some kind of explaination.
@AJ: For whatever reason Ruby survived on top of that tower and didn't get Pyrrha'd. Add to that, how would Cinder know where RNJR are? It's not like Salem has a fleet of drones hunting down her targets, Cinder would have to have prioritised hunting Ruby down over whatever the next stage of her plan was, have some idea where she would be, physically go there as she's taken down the long-range communications network that would have made such information gathering easier, look for leads, then catch up to her in the wild. I would be wondering how Cinder managed to track down four people on an entire continent with her own footwork.

Considering Ruby denied her total victory at the last secondd with her sudden power you'd think Cinder would make it her immediate priority to find and kll her before she shows up at another important step agan or before she learns enough of her power to actually be able to seriously threaten her.
She might even mistake her for a maiden in which case sheed be the next target anyway.
Ruby's not unkown to them. Cinder deliberately attacked her during the dance when she could have easily snuck out like she did a mnute later when Ironwood showed, and Mercury was waiting to stop her from breaking up the fight like they expected her to figure it out. If anything it was surprisng Cinder didn"t know about her eyes. They Should know exactly here she lves and where to find her and had at least a month to do so.
And its not like Qrow would hint for them to go to Haven if she wasn't there. Well I guess he would if he just wanted them to go for anothr reason or just wanted Ruby to see outside Vale for herself. Though thats very manipulative and you'd think they'd learn that lesson by now.
I guess in Cinder's twisted mind she might think letting Ruby get stronger might let her be talked into joining her and she wants to replace Emerald or Merc with her Sith style. Though they'd better hint at that if thats the case.

Why would she replace the Merc and the Emerald for Rwby? It would be more cost effective to have a higher minion count.
Also Rwby's the MC fo show, she's entirely useless.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I know. I wanted to write the Greek down but realised my keyboard couldn't handle it, so I went with the existing Latin phrase instead (because my keyboard hates me less for it).

If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.I realize that Ren and Pyrrha(or whoever hasn't appeared in Chibi yet) will likely be revealed at RTX, but I really wish Chibi Nora would appear already in RWBY Chibi. We've already seen her design, why haven't we seen her appear yet?

No, Cinder dosent know about Ruby, I meant maybe as Red or the girl who give Torchwick problem but nothing beyond that, in the dance Ruby spoed her and she use a trick to disapear and with Mercury he was there to ensure nothing wrong will happen to Emerald disrupting the tournament
