Haven't we had this conversation a dozen times so far? Yes Pyrrha's dead. No that doesn't mean they can have some magic her back somehow. Salem's an evil vaguely humaniod witch thing. Saying your totally fine with all the weird stuff the show comes up with, but that is too much is just silly frankly.
That doesn't mean they should, or that its even a good idea, but if thats how it is. And you think that would ruin the stakes, i would point out that Ruby getting a miraculous plot save 3 times in 10 minutes already did that for anyone that wasn't a deliberate sacrifice from the start.
Though I would argue dark Pyrrha, angry and bitter at a world and fate that did nothing but make her lonely and die young would make her a hell of alot more memorable and interesting than Pyrrha who just too perfect and special to live who died when the show barely started and spends the majority of it as just a name people occasionally angst about.
Nah, Pyrrha returns as a vengeful wraith with the mission to kill every single Hunter from beacon.
Except jaune. I heard Yandere s sell well
Oh yeah, so someone made up Crescent Rose and Ember Celica for Pathfinder and I gotta say, yes.note

I heard that in japanise sub of ruby they make Yang said ORA,ORA,ORA everything she punch?
I hope they make Mercury said MUDA,MUDA,MUDA,MUDA when he kick that would be awsome
on the other hand seen how Ozpin have all this clock mofit, is clear his semblence is ZA WURDO! WRYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"I don't know if "everything" sounds cooler in foreign-ese, but that's usually the case.

Team Multi-Media
Team RFTS (Rifts, their symbol is a purple scar)
Rubeus Hearth, based on Rubeus Hagrid. A massive red-headed tiger faunus (claws). His semblance is Animal Empathy, working in tandem with his "weapon" a trio of dust-enhanced dogs, collectively known as Inferno Cerberus, individually known as Uno (ice), Dos (lightning) and Tres (fire). They wear collars that inject liquid dust into them, controlled by a wrist mounted remote on Rubeus. He also wears the Sanguine Cero, a collar full of wind dust around his own neck, in case he needs to enter the fray himself. He applies the same philosophy of tactical coordination as he does his dogs to his teammates as the leader of Team RFTS.
Faust Forrest, based on Asura (from Asura's Wrath). White haired human with red eyes. He lost both his arms in a grimm attack as a child, replaced them with six cybernetic ones because he felt the need to compensate. Using a non-specific dust mixture as an energy source, these things punch like a truck and fire fist-shaped energy projectiles. The whole set-up is dubbed the Wrath Mantra. His semblance is Burst Mode, collecting energy as he dishes out pain to his opponents until he's built up enough for a nasty finisher.
Taupe Dat, based on Bugs Bunny. Gray haired rabbit faunus (ears). Combines a defensive semblance of Hard Skin with a combat strategy of blatant disregard for his own safety. His weapon is a purse called the Payne Train, a seemingly bottomless bag from which he pulls an ordinance of often explosive goodies. He takes great pains to make sure the rest of his ensemble, from heels to blouse, skirt and make-up, match his weapon to a T.
Sunny Daiz, based on an Imperial Commissar from WH40k. Dark skinned blonde, dog (german shephard) faunus (tail). Her semblance is Inspiration, surrounding her with a fiery golden glow that fills her comrades with hope, courage and other positive emotions. She has two weapons, a wind-powered cutlass called the Golden Glory that makes an awful growling whine as it cuts and a fire-powered handcannon called Aurum Anger. These may merge into a combi-weapon, a bayonet-tipped rifle called the God Rod. This form can switch between medium-range rapid fire or long-range single shot.

I like how Mr. Anger Issues is the Token Human. Actually, I've noticed that seems to be a common thing with RWBY OC teams, where instead of the Token Faunus, it's the Token Human with a bunch of Faunus.

Why not even up the teams a little?
Real life humans are suppose to be the outside party of non-racist.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. You know, "Token X" is hard to really avoid with four team system. Either everything needs to be even or completely one-sided. Now that I think about it, Team BRNZ (and whatever Cinder's team would be called, Team CMEN?) is only team with neither an even nor one-sided gender ratio.
I meant to imply that the team has more one gender than other. Not that they have even gender ratio. My bad, worded it better. And I meant Cinder's team as in her team in the tournament.

Well, we haven't seen many teams, so there might be more non-even/one-sided gender ratio teams.
And Cinder's team is: CREM (cream or creme), CRME (crime or chrome), MERC (mercenary or mercury). With the addition of Neo to the "team" as well as the reveal of Emerald's surname (Sustrai), a new acronym vastly more appropriate to the team (or at least its leader) has emerged: CRMSN (crimson). And If you remove Roman from the team, you get.... CNMN (Cinnamon).
Ah, in that case, yeah, it'd likely be CNMN (Cinnamon), unless Neo was using a different name.
And regarding the gender ratio thing: Of my OC teams, CRMN (Carmine) is 3:1 Male:Female (at first/kind of), while ONYX and GMTL (Gunmetal) are 1:3 Male:Female, while MINT is even male/female.

Rubeous is an older male version of Ruby.
Faust's whole name is supposed to sound like Phosphorous, like that horrible war-crime. His first name, at least, can lend itself to thematic cues of fire and his whole thing is white-hot rage.
Taupe is a shade of gray.
Sunny... I don't feel the need to explain that.
Edit: Oh, you meant the team name. Uh... it's a real, real stretch, but it's meant to hark to, like, space-time rifts which... are purple? I guess. Non-color wise, it references the mega-crossover games of Rifts.

Honestly, trying to not only make a good acronym out of four letters, but also making it be a colour is SO limiting, and ruins a lot of things what OC makers would want to do.
I would mention Team STRQ (pronounced Stark, even), but I guess the team would have been made before the whole "let's name our kids after colours and whatnot because reasons" thing.

That would imply that team STRQ was established over 80 years ago. Unless Time Travel was involved, that would make Ruby and Yang's parents (and uncle) kind of old.
Mundane Solution: Stark White.

By the way, the three dogs of Inferno Cerberus happen to be similar to the Legendary Bird Trio. Intentional Shout-Out?

I caught the dog thing. And in regards to the other puns, ah okay.
Also, I coulda sworn Taupe was more brown than gray.
Additionally, you could also get STFR (Starfire) from their names which also works quite well.

Yeah, team STRQ is Stark as in Stark White. The other one it could be is Stork, which is.... also white.
... now I want to mention a few of my OC teams, but I think those would be better in the RWBY Fanfic thread.... I think?

Double the reference.
Person does sound like Pigeon if you say it angry enough...ex-huntress still sounds good, even if it's not quite the same.
