The same way Drunken Boxing somehow works better if you're actually drunk.

but why does Qrow need Faunus heritage?
There will be a Semblance called Oni's Might. With it, one's strength corollates to one's blood alcohol level. It may or may not be Qrow's Semblance.
I just realized something! Qrow's a youkai!

I would love to see Arc System Works take on a RWBY Fighting Game
The alternative company would be French Bread, who have shown they can pull adaptation fighters off thanks to both Melty Blood and Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax. If they did do a fighter, one of my ideas is that it could be an alternate continuity so they have more freedom with the roster and individual games, adapting up to the end of Volume 3 before going off in it's own direction. So Penny returns between games in an altered form, and Pyrrha... Dies in every single one of her endings, ala Charlie Nash, pre SFV. (One of her alt endings in Story Mode would be a homage to Charlie's canon ending, where she gets gunned down by an airship and falls off the tower)
Arcade Mode would have the last few fights be fixed. First the rival match (Eg: As Ruby you fight Weiss, and vica versa), then either Neo, Emerald or Mercury as a Sub Boss depending on your character, and finally Cinder, who would be similar to Kagami in The Last Blade. The first phase of the fight is her playable, balanced version. And then when you beat her, she unleashes her full Maiden powers, and the stage turns into a destroyed, burning version of it, and she spends the rest of the fight in her unplayable boss mode, designed to be completely unfit for fair play.
A corpse should be left well enough alone...Doesn't Grimm Eclipse take place after season 2? He'd be in jail. So maybe as a bonus character.
PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyI won't be surprised if Qrow and Raven are faunus (and the bird transformation is the faunus thing, instead of animal features). Or one of them is and the other isn't.
If Raven is a faunus, it might give a new insight into why Yang was speculating how hard life for faunus must me - if her mother was one, she might be wondering.

If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.![]()
A Livestream confirmed with the genetics of Human/Faunus relationships: you're either one or the other.
... Though we don't know if that means the other one's traits are recessive genes.
We've got one
, and the sponsor system has been there for years.
The sponsor system is basically exactly the same as the Premium system for services like Crunchyroll or Funimation so I'm fine with it. Honestly, I believe it's better for free members since I believe the delay between Sponsor release and free release is only, like, a day or so whereas it can be weeks for the other two.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Sadly due to budget reasons i don't think ASW making a RWBY Fighting game. What i could see is a 3D Arena fighter in the style of Jo Jo's Bizzare Adventure: Eyes of Heaven. They could easily reuse the models from Grimm Eclipse and use them for a 3D Arena fighter. Having a 2V2 system also works bettter and a lot of the semblances would work better in an arena fighter.
Yeah i think a gameplay style similar to EOH would work for the series especially since each character has their own gimmick button which could be their semblance in a RWBY Fighting game.
Here's how i think Team RWBY would be
RWBY
Ruby - All-Rounder (Has good overall offense and defense and easiest to play as she is good from long and short distance. Her trait is Speed which allows her to dash across the arena much faster then any other character but it you have to wait to use it again)
Weiss - Trap Master (Has great offense but low defense. Her best skill is setting traps using her glyphs and then following up a combo. Her traits are her glyphs. In this game they act as trap holding enemies in place on inflicting ice spikes)
Blake - Counter (Has low offense and good defense but has great movement speed. Her entire playstyle revolves around her foe hitting her which then she can use her Shadow Trait which works as a counter. She can switch dust which will lead to the counter having different effects.)
Yang - Tank (Has high offense and defense but lacks in speed and has short range. Her entire playstyle is tanking the enemies attack. Her trait is that she has a bar on the top of her health bar. When she gets hit that bar goes up and she can spend some of that bar to infict more powerful attacks. When the bar is full she gets a boost in offense)

When I read Qrow killing beer I thought that would make a really bizarre anti alcohol PSA. Qrow, of course, only agreed to it because he had achieved the idea of drunkeness shortly before and had no clue what was going on.
You say I am loved, when I don’t feel a thing. You say I am strong, when I think I am weak. You say I am held, when I am falling short.
