Let's think someone who lost a limb (Oh hey Yang, didn't know you were around!) and he/she gets it replaced by Salem/Cinder/Insert Bad guy. Then he goes into a Painful Transformation that allows him/her to transform into a Beowulf.
That would actually be really cool *Insert obligatory "Make it happen RT!"*

Clearly, Grimm feed on swag. Otherwise, Roman would be still around

Uni catAt the same time she saved her once so she had some interest in her, and Qrow implies she's very anti the way Ozpin does things and sees the world of hunters differently.
This could be exactly what she was waiting for in regards to Yang for her simplistic outlook of the world being a place for fun adventures to be broken, and disillusionment with being an Academy huntress ready to die for the cause like it's implied Summer did. That's also why didn't save her from Adam, since then she'd just go back to following what Ozpin wants like Ruby did.

I think Raven is a harsher version of Yang.
I mean, Qrow is harsh version of Ruby(anti social to Ruby awkarness, and a loner like her) just like Winter(Weiss is perfecionist, Winter is even more) so Raven feel like Yang goes wrong: only for herself, not trusting in anyone because they hold secret, also I think Raven know about Summer and Ozpin and she didnt like one bit.
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"
More like its total oposite, Blake belive humans and faunus can live in peace, Adam that only can rule, Blake flaw is that she run away from problems, his flaw is that he create problems by facing everything without caring about other, she is a loner, he comand dozen of not-people
, even their ways are diferent: She goes for Sneak atacks and moving away while him land powerfulls blows while standing quiet.....
Actually now that I think about it, his way of fight look like a matador, waiting until the bull charge and them moving away for atack, and yes the bull is yang
Oh goodness, chibi RWBY is real
...
-twitch-
As opposed to calling this a traditional anime as I am, I've had to eat my own hat and accept the fact that:
- They've got Sailor Moon eyes
- There's anime gags and cliches aplenty, like that exaggerated ;falling down in reaction to bad news; thing.
- There's a gigantic shipping and cosplaying community.
- The show alternates between good animation and bad.
- It's featured on Crunchy Roll and at least 3 other anime-sharing websites.
All clear signs that you are looking at something that is, or should be treated as, an anime.
But... chibi RWBY.
Really.
I mean. How. Why? What?
Did someone actually sit down and go, "I think we made RWBY too dark last season. We need to lighten it up some!" or "You know what this show needs to have? A chibi spin-off!"
I find this more bizarre than cute. RWBY 4-komas were alright since the humor was more risque - and those weren't entirely chibi so much as rounder and cuter, I'm curious to see if chibi RWBY is anything like that.
But ugh this break is even worse than the one for Volume 3.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!It's just to add levity. The series is probably going to be a Cerberus rollercoaster from here on out so it's nice to have something with a consistent tone: incredibly wacky
I want the main series to be a dramedy
