The fans...we as fans aren't interfering with the delicate struggle of a fictional characters love life because we aren't the writers.
The fans...I mean, um just get the satisfaction of thinking differently and if you're lucky enough, you get to draw your different thoughts.

Sereg, that is a very unhealthy view of relationships and not at all true. I speak from firsthand experience when I say that interesting relationships are not inherently unhealthy.
An interesting relationship does not mean "a relationship filled with turmoil". An interesting relationship does not inherently create turmoil.

You don't have to be successful to write.
I don't want to, 75% of everyone else does.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. It's completely impossible to think you resent someone you are in a healthy relationship with. That thought instantly ruins a relationship's health.
Also, maybe we are using the term "interesting" differently.
EDIT:
Not my point. Whether or not you write changes nothing. The fact is that you want to interfere with their love lives. Which is bad.

You want to because...?
Even though you can't because...?
And it's bad because you care too much to not let someone else make a mistake they can learn from. Which in this case, is to avoid fictional relationship drama which nobody seems to really like.

How are you using the term "interesting" to mean "conflicting to the point of turmoil"? That's not at all what interesting means.
And shipping has nothing to do with interfering with character's love lives. Disregarding the fact that they're not real, shipping is more like thinking "Aw, I bet they'd be cute together."
I fail to see how thinking people would be cute together is at all interfering.

"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeI have no idea what you are trying to say here at all.
Conflict is bad. If something is devoid of conflict, it's boring.
Because you are putting your wants ahead of theirs. That's why it's wrong. Also, they may not be real, but I still believe in treating them as though they are.
EDIT:
@dRoy: Say it directly to me.

I'm saying people want to ship the perfect couple because they think they know what's best and want to avoid romance drama.
Some people just want to because...they want to see something different.

No. It's wrong to interfere with the love lives of others for your own amusement instead of their benefit.
No. Interesting relationships are just bad and should be ended as quickly as possible for the health of those involved.
