Sideline is not the correct thing since is clear this Volume will have each girl(well maybe not yang) her own arc, so let see how it goes.
Also is funny: here we mock Blake, for what I hear in reddit they mock Weiss and Matt use Yang as her butt monkey(even to the point of making another armless joke)
But nobody goes against Ruby

Someone based off Odysseus. And Team RNJR gets a boat ride from him to go to Mistral(Which, judging by Pyrrha, is the Fantasy Counterpart Culture of Ancient Greece. Or Canada.). What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

Well ultimately a big flaw is that the Villains are written to look better
I mean Ruby doesn't defeat Roman and he gets eaten... Roman is wailing on her ranting and then he gets eaten
I mean the Banesaw vs Weiss fight is a perfect example
80% of the fiht is Weiss just dancing around the asshole and just wailing on him... till the fight needs to end and its Lo L No
But then again several of the fights in Volume 3 had that problem of... the fight needs to end now.
Praise be to the absolute QueenHoly shit, there's actually a theater showing RWBY Volume 1 near me. That's unexpected. What I want to know if it'll just be all of the episodes played in marathon or if it'll be like an updated rerelease. Will the lines (aside from maybe Ren's) be rerecorded to account for the improved voice acting? Will the animation outside of battles be improved? Will the silhouettes be replaced with actual background characters? If there's none of those things, I don't see the point in going.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!![]()
yeah not-leatherface fight was bad, it looks like a subversion of the typical anime fight where protagonist prepared a super atack and the villian just grap him mid air, it feel something pull of a darker anime than this
(Granted after what happen with Adam, who knows)
Yeah, unless there is any diferent it come across as pointless money maker scam.
RWBY Volume 1 in theatre is just the episodes back to back, no changes. However, attendance will net you access to limited edition merchandise that is not available to anyone else, a 25% discount at the RT store, and a sneak preview of RWBY Chibi.
Also, you know, the experience of watching RWBY on the big screen with a bunch of RWBY fans.

I expect that's a consequence of the plan to alter the setting after 3 seasons. Between them spending lots of time on Jaune and Pyrha so 3's finale would have maximum impact and the other girls of WBY having more direct plot than Ruby herself (Ruby wants to help people was about it) she quickly fell by the wayside.
But she finally started acting like the heroine she's supposed to be during 3's finale, finally has the hints of a plot (just what are the silver eyes and what was her mother doing with them, and Cinder's now her hated enemy) and now the other girls are sidelined and she's taking the focus.
