I don't know, i get Arthas vibes from Salem after giving a look at her.
Hey, Grimm Queen sounds like a cool name.
I suppose that is better for Pyrrha to stay ded. Bad things can happen if she comes back. Horrible horrible things. (I bet Monty planned this)

Uni cat![]()
I think Kerrigan fit her better, as her song and Cinder one paint Ozpin as Mengsk.
Because maybe there isnt one, people are asuming there is a way mostly because they want a way, if the setting dosent allow it, there is useless, she will stay dead.

I dont think so, it something a episode of the wood is clearly to have a campfire moment where Jaune and Ruby shared somethng and bond over the death of Phyrra....
Them more lancaster shipping, that would be glorious
should they? it will only bring more despa......
Yeah, they should
I agree, which is why I think all the Dragon Ball comparisons are unfair. They had their way to revive the dead from chapter one, and it was first used to revive a side character before it became a way to reverse major character deaths.
For RWBY I think it could only work if Pyrrha's death was faked, because if she's really dead there is nothing established that could bring her back. I guess if the mechanics for her revival became something very important to the worldbuillding/plot, and not just a means to resurrect her, that could also work out. But having some prior set up would still be preferred.
If they were to revive her, the way to go about it is to give whatever method of resurrection they come up with have some sort of restrictions. The best way to avert Death Is Cheap is to make cheating the Reaper very hard to pull off.
So remember when we all thought that Phyrra would get the Fall Maiden transfer done and would be stuck with ghost!Amber in her mind commenting on things? Well imagine if the magic Phyrra dust means that Ruby is the one who gets ghost!Phyrra in her head, and because of the partial transfer she also gets ghost!Amber occasionally rocking up to her confusion since she has no idea who Amber is.
For kicks, imagine if Cinder gets the same ghosts and has to put up with a running commentary from two women she's killed.
Ya know while I admit there are legit criticisms of the tone shift.
Some of it really feels like its more the "Kneejerk don't want to admit you made me cry""I'm just soo bitter!" reaction
IE modern fandoms really like to pride themselves at out thinking the writers or whoever so when they get legitimately blindsided by a move or the writer goes through with a LYRDI
Its like the FNDM equivalent of walking over into the corner to hide the fact their crying while making up every possible excuse. IE "that's not fair you threw sand in my eyes," "I wasn't ready," "that doesn't count!"
Praise be to the absolute QueenFor kicks, imagine if Cinder gets the same ghosts and has to put up with a running commentary from two women she's killed.
I wonder if Matt will incorporate that into his recaps. Still, it's a thought that makes me chuckle.

Just watched this show in full. Loved it. First season was cool if kind of flawed and bogged down with all the dumb high school animu drama(Jaune was especially annoying). 2nd season really ramped things up to awesome levels, and season 3 was straight up amazing, with one of the coolest tournament arcs since Yuyu Hakusho's dark tournament. While the animations/models are kind of janky more often than they should be, the action is flat out stunning bar a few exceptions; every character is an absolute joy to watch fight with their flashy moves and creative weapons. I actually watched seasons 2 and 3 all in one sitting because I was THAT hooked.
Now out of the cast, Ruby is just...mwah, she's probably one of the most charming M Cs I've seen in a while. She's the epitome of adorkable and totally badass, and her VA does an EXCELLENT job portraying her! That woman deserves more roles for sure. Yang is rather cool and while not as flashy combat wise as the other girls, has the most approachable personality of the bunch and IMO one of the most likable in the show. Weiss...honestly screw this bitch. She's an insufferable brat, a racist, a drama vortex and her development in season 1 was done kind of poorly IMO as her being nice to Ruby felt too abrupt and her growth seemed inconsistent that season as she would regress back to how she was before. Her fighting style is admittedly pretty nICE, but her personality just rubs me the wrong way to where she's easily my least favorite of the four, and even out of the main cast. I think her color scheme is a bit off putting too even if it fits her. As for Blake, her Faunus drama got a bit too much after a while and like Weiss she usually caused unnecessary drama. Also, I feel combat wise she's the weakest of the four and while you think her weapon would be cool she doesn't utilize it creatively enough. I feel like Blake's character started off interesting(though the twist was pretty obvious )but kind of got less likable as time went on. Doesn't help her VA isn't as good as her teammates'.
As for JNPR, Pyrra is probably my 3rd favorite female character, 2nd in terms of pure fighting abilities. Never has fighting with a sword/spear and shield looked so awesome, not to mention she's one of the more visually appealing characters in the show. Jaune is...okay. Sometimes he's pretty entertaining, but man oh man did season 1 really shove him down your throat which kind of turned me off from him since all his drama came down to him being a spineless wimp. Seasons 2 and 3 were better with him but I notice I like him more when he's not involved in drama and more comedic relief or rarely doing something badass. Nora admittedly is a bit too much at times and initially I found her annoying, but then once I saw her fight I was sold and she was even better in season 3. She's like Amy Rose's insane parallel self. Ren is frankly, boring. I think even Monty found him dull and after season 1 he becomes probably the least interesting good guy on the cast.
Now the villains...Roman Torchwick is one of my favorite characters in the show, and pretty freakin cool. Cinder works well as the Big Bad for the show and her cinderella motif, while subtle is pretty clever. In fact, most of the villains are pretty awesome in some way, in fact the majority of characters all have something really cool about them.
As for pyrrha dying, while sad I hope they stick with it. That was one of the best parts of season 3, just how dark and massive the "fall" was. It held a lot of weight and has changed the entire dynamic of the show People who are quitting the show because it pulled no punches make me eye roll. This relatively recent(as in the last few years) internet attitude trend of "anti-dark" is pretty annoying, part of the human experience is suffering and there's nothing wrong with embracing that.

For what we see, Miles and Kerry go for the last option.
