Smoking a blunt and enjoying a mixed drink (with an umbrella) at a Vacuan resort?
Building up a secret army in Menagerie, except that's actually Ironwood disguised as Ozpin's double. The real Ozpin is building an even secreter army in the dragon-shaped continent, while pretending to be Salem's prisoner.
PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyFirst thing i thought about Salem was that she sounded like an angry ex of Ozpin.
So i had an interesting idea. If Pyrrha happened to come back from death i think her ideals would be really damaged and she would become very cynical. That's actually an interesting development if it happens

S He will return as reveant...and try to kill Ruby and Weiss since both stand in her way with Jaune.
The way Salem turned around, and given her speech was directly talking to Ozpin, he's probably standing right there, behind the camera (so to speak). The question is whether or not he's a prisoner, or knew how to contact her all along (or both).
The fact that Qrow is carrying Ozpin's cane, and is following the kids who are travelling to Haven tells me that they're going to run into Ozpin eventually and give him his cane back in a symbolic gesture that'll lead to something very significant happening.
I'm not entirely certain Salem is in Haven or Mistral at large. I'm wondering about the unnamed dragon continent, that or the unusual lack of attention Vacuo has been receiving.
Just want to respond to this comment from a couple of pages back. The Grimm did attack Ruby initially, then afterwards suspiciously left her alone. Roman was triggering more and more heroic, idealistic declarations from her by the second, while he became increasingly negative. The Grimm ended up attacking him, right in front of Ruby, but kept ignoring her.
Since negativity attracts Grimm, I've been speculating for a long time that very strong positive emotions must have some kind of repelling effect on Grimm, at least to some degree. If so, then it makes sense Ruby was ignored during the Roman fight - she was in pure idealistic "I'm going to save the world" mode. The Grimm flying around didn't seem particularly hard-core Grimm (the way the ancient goliaths were set-up to be), so perhaps they found Ruby's positivity more painful to hang around and decided to hunt easier prey.
The creators have been making a big deal over the years about Ruby's positive attitude, and the story is making a very big deal about the subject of people - especially Ozpin - having hope at all. Given that the Grimm are attracted to the opposite of such positive emotions, there has to be a very significant reason for this.
My guess is that it's not simply the silver eyes that make Ruby dangerous, it's the positive spirit in combination with the silver eyes that will make her so dangerous.
Salem makes it sound like humanity's hope cannot be truly snuffed out until Ozpin's hope is destroyed, like Ozpin's hope is somehow some kind of "protection" for humanity. So, she absolutely has to destroy his hope to be able to destroy humanity and to be able to kill him off. Her song suggests that Ozpin is trying to keep Ruby out of things for now but that she is going to make that impossible - at some point, he'll have to drag Ruby further in than he wants.
Salem doing something to Ruby is going to be the key to destroying Ozpin's hope, and it's therefore going to be Ruby - and her ability to hope - that is the key to saving the day.
Eventually.

If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.I watched chapter 11 last night on YT. My heart has never sank so low. RT, if you don't find a way to reattach her arm, i will just...

P.S: Does it make me a horrible human being for getting a little turned on by Blake's former boss' lust for her and wanting to take Yang's life to make her come back to him?
"We be we baby!"Nah, it just means you're one of the many people who like yanderes.
And I honestly don't know why people like that character type, but that's just me

"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"I actually have an RP universe going on with one of my friends, and in it Pyrrha's basically a combination of Bolvar Fordragon and Darth Vader. She has charred skin, piercing red eyes, and fire instead of blood, but she has to wear a special suit of armor because without it she experiences incredible pain.
