Well Yang has, for now, a Game-Breaking Injury. So she's gonna be depressed as fuck until Weiss and Iron-daddy get her a shiny new arm.
I'm thinking she'll get her arm and have a He's Back! moment with it, go find Blake, and smack her around for abandoning her friends, even if she was doing it to protect them.

She starts bouncing back before she gets a new arm, but when she gets the new arm it's full-on She's Back.
Another idea: The robot arm has the right Ember Celica built-in, so she's never unarmed.

You know, if it turns out Ruby and Jaune are actually related randomly, Yang is totally going to turn evil, become Salem's right hand woman (and get a kickass Grimm claw for a replacement arm) then die redeeming herself (and killing Salem) in the final confrontation.
@Undying: Clearly Qrow is Ruby's child from the future who traveled back in time to Set Right What Once Went Wrong.

Honestly i think what Yang needs isn't Taiyang,Ruby or Blake its Weiss. I think there is going to be something that happens that tells Taiyang that he needs to take Yang to Altas to get her help and get her a robotic arm. Taiyang talks to Weiss telling her everything Yang's been through and pleads with her to help Yang. Weiss accepts and Weiss helps Yang accept everything that has happened to her and how to move foward while Yang also helps Weiss with her own issues indirectly. Yang gets a robotic arm and then Yang and Weiss go and find Blake.

I'm honestly almost partial to the theory that Yang will have a (potentially mutli-volume) Face–Heel Turn. Because getting a Grimm claw as a replacement for her right arm would be metal as hell.
I honestly can't see Yang having a Face–Heel Turn. I just can't. I can see her sliding into Anti Heroine status, but not a Face–Heel Turn
The possibility of a full on permanent Face–Heel Turn is unlikely barring a The Dark Side Will Make You Forget scenario, but a temporary one isn't out of the question, especially given how emotionally vulnerable she is.
Eh, I dunno. She's depressed and disillusioned, and she doesn't have much motivation, but I just don't see her doing any sort of conscious Face–Heel Turn.
And of course I already see people on Tumblr saying that Pyrrha's entire existence was just to further Jaune. Blegh.

It seems to be popular theory lately.
