PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheySadly, that gif as amusing as it may be is not enough to make up for the finale.
-sigh- I never asked for this darkness, I liked the light hearted fluffiness. The show is still enjoyable, but its not quite the enjoyment I signed up for.
Like, I totally get why people didn't like Volume 2's finale, but I quite enjoyed it.
Which is causing problems at this point, because its kind of hard to wrap my head around how hard Coco got nerfed. She cuts three Giant Nevermores in half with a single burst from her gatling cannon, but now she can't even scratch trees or ding a mech suit.
It was probably necessary because if not it would have implied just a ridiculous level of power scaling since I think Coco and co are only 2nd or 3rd year students. But still, its jarring.

Coco had special dust bullets+Theme Song Power Up during the first Grimm Invasion. Unfortunately, she used them all up, so she powered back down.
I dont mind the light heard fluffyness is jut the show never make their goddamn mind about it, the taste again and again the damn darkness coming but but them we have Breach with a blatant happy ending that was awfull, at least they finally deliver what they promised...it is something
I really liked Pyrrha a lot and am sad to see her go, but consider her sacrifice for the story to be worth it. It's becoming really interesting.
I also see nothing Villain Suey about Cinder. The Sue tropes are about the story wrapping itself around the character in a way that damages the story's internal consistency and doesn't make sense. It is not simply about power and success. It's about importance that doesn't make sense in-Universe. Cinder has pretty much just revealed herself. The heroes haven't had enough of a chance to get a good chance at stopping her.
Holy shit I was not expecting THAT kind of ending. Except for the stuff with Ruby. That made sense.
This is a major tonal shift for next season. But we'll be getting a lot more JNPR. I'm happy with that.
Oh my god, Pyrrha.
and Salem seems awesome already. Obviously Grimmified Summer Rose? That's what I'm assuming at this point. That or Eldritch Abomination.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!
I think you mean "original Winter maiden." Salem looks nothing like Summer Rose other than that they're both female.

A wonderful, terrible idea.
When RNJR arrive in Mistral, they'll seek out Pyrrha's family to tell them about her death. But when they arrive, they'll find Pyrrha alive. She'll tell them that Ozpin saved her, get some more romantic time with Jaune, offer to help them track down Cinder in Haven...
...and then it turns out to be Neo in disguise.

I admit, I'm not liking it so much, but this is also not the kind of darkness I was hoping for. I wanted more thematic depth, not more traumatic death.
I'd like to be the first man on the moon.
