Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing.Pyrrha is put into a coma, Team WBY have to rush Yang to emergency physicians, either Port or Oobleck die to bring down the wyvern, Sun is kidnapped by the White Fang, and Cardin stubs his toe on a rock.
Deleted this entry from the Fridge Horror section:
- As shown in Volume 3, Episode 11, Adam's blade can bypass Auras and directly harm its victims. Terrifying by itself... and even moreso when you begin to wonder why such a blade exists in this universe. Auras are powered by the soul of the person using them, and the Grimm apparently don't have souls which means that they can't possibly have auras. In other words, Adam's sword was designed to kill HUMANS AND FAUNUS from the outset, not Grimm. It could be a relic from another time, like the Faunus Rights Revolution, but if it's not, then it begs the question... who would make such a blade in a time of relative peace between the kingdoms, and why? Not to mention, has Adam killed any Huntresses during the White Fang's more violent period off-screen?
- Sickening as that is, there's an even worse possibility: That Adam's bypassing of Aura has to do with his Semblance, and not the blade. If so, Adam can't be stopped simply by separating him from his weapon, he'll just pick up a new one and keep going. As for the fridge involved, since Semblances are expressions of the user's soul, it means that a vital part of Adam's very soul, his essence, desires to slaughter people.
The reason I cited:
How things could get worse, Beacon falls, world communications go kaput, and I can preview posts now. Where was I... oh, Ozpin is defeated, and Arkos gets sunk somehow.

Not so much. Aura basically functions as a shield. If you have the power to completely ignore Aura in its entirety, that's honestly pretty terrifying
I mean, is the fact that there is a weapon that is designed to kill human all that surprising or scary to anyone?
Heck, considering that the human civilization and technology in Remnant have been pretty long, I would be surprised if there isn't a weapon with that kind of function.

Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing.Good lord I dislike this new aesthetic. :(
I think I know the one you're talking about. Neo disarms kicks Ruby, Torchwick creates a glyph on the ship, bounces his cane off of it, hits Ruby, the cane comes back, and he hits her again.
Think I need to watch that again, but assuming I'm remembering it right, yeah, that was a weird shot.
The way her arm got lopped off looked weird.
Very stylistic perhaps, but I hope that they don't censor all the blood with thematic coloring just for the sake of younger viewers. Or maybe its Foreshadowing something about Vale. I mean, we've seen Grimm get ripped apart, but blood from an actual person has to be colored yellow?

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Considering how completely devoid of tension RWBY once was, no, I hope we continue these information-heavy, plot-driven episodes, with breather episodes in-between.
Actually build the world up instead of coming up with cosplay characters and new ships. Neo, I love you, but you were created because of a female Torchwick cosplayer, you don't talk, and your main role is whooping people's asses.

God, with all the Wham Episodes they've been throwing at us, I wonder what the hell the season finale will be?
If the previous episodes are any indication, it's going to be nothing but suffering for the cast.
