Haters gonna hate, punsters gonna pun.
Alliteration, actually, but hey.
In another note, I think we will have a Sins of Our Fathers theme going with Weiss in a later arc.

Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing. The Bloodless Carnage with Penny actually really bothered me. I hope it is explained that none of them were cut, because they used aura, but if that's actually just straight up Bloodless Carnage it seems so narmful.
Also Jar Jar Binks' voice acting is better than Yang's because although it is way more annoying, it's more consistent and professional.

Look at Colin Baker. Guy really did have it in him to be a fantastic Doctor, but he got saddled with some of the worst writing and episodes in the series.
Also, where did the crew say that Aura stops them from getting killed by impacts like Ruby's scythe or the like?
A corpse should be left well enough alone...Random thought.
You ever wondered what animals Team RWBY would be?
Ruby - Wolf
Blake - I don't know, but probably not a cat. Yes, it's a joke.
Yang - Probably dragon, it is in her name, after all. If not, a bear.
I'm not sure what Weiss would be. Maybe a rabbit. Rabbits are cute. Smelly, but cute.
Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing.Frankly, I don't see any indication that human mooks are any more durable than likes of Beowolves or security bots. I think some people getting thst impression because because so far no protagonists ever used bladed weapons on human mooks, and thus didn't see limbs flying and head rolling.
In Yang's trailer, she punched people, and in ep 1, Ruby used the blunt side of her weapon. Penny...the swords clearly penetrated mooks yet they didn't even leave a mark. I'm chalking it down to Bloodless Carnage, like another troper said.
Every human being can use Aura to protect themselves on theory, but only those who are actually trained to use them can put it to practice. That's my speculation.

Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing. It could be like indestructible paper armor from Palladium. The force field stretches from too much force, and would contain the blood.
Me and my friend's collaborative webcomic: Forged MenMaybe they're wearing military grade armor; surely the soldiers of Remnant uses extremely powerful body armor to protect themselves, not just from enemy soldiers, but larger Grimm. By larger, I mean larger than the Nevermore.
A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them. While the aura field technically blocks the knife, it doesn't retain its shape. It stretches in a blade-like shape through the unfortunate White Fang member and pushes the other side.
Me and my friend's collaborative webcomic: Forged MenRandom guess of the day.
Qrow will be a bit of Creepy Uncle (played for laughs, of course). In fact, he will be the author of Ninjas of Love.
What, like that creepy old sensei from Lollipop Chainsaw?
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!

Penny probably permanently punished plenty people.
