What I've seen people argue is that Marvel's spent the past few years resetting back to its pre-Disassembled status quo. Even that mostly just applied to the Avengers, though. Basically, Bendis put back all the toys where he found them. The Avengers are back together, Scarlet Witch is back to normal, Vision's back from the dead, so is Hawkeye, Dr. Strange is Sorceror Supreme again, the SRA seems to have been canceled, the X-Men are back at Xavier's (even if it has been renamed, and with Wolverine as the new headmaster), the mutant race is back from the brink of extinction. Basically, almost all the things Bendis changed are back to normal.
Beyond that, yeah, there have been some major changes to the status quo. The big one would be Cyclops going from the leader of the mutant race to an outlaw leader of a mutant revolution. Spider-Man being taken over by Dr. Octopus comes to mind, too.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.I kinda see it, but most of the things that were undone were generally considered "steps backward" in storytelling in the first place, so I dunno what people are complaining about.
Was relieved Magneto wasn't actually a traitor, though; snapping him back to villainy after all these years would be an unnecessary RB in my book.

Moving the X-men closer to New York will always be a step backwards, I suppose it is a fair trade for finally addressing the first plot point of the X-men, mutants are accepted in polite society as much as the other Super people right? Not enough to make me want to read their comics again but it is a start.
Modified Ura-nage, Torture Rack
There's actually a lot of X-titles worth reading right now. All-New X-Men and Uncanny X-Men are both great. X-Factor is always awesome. Cable & X-Force is really good. So is Uncanny X-Force. The upcoming adjectiveless X-Men will definitely be worth reading.
Or if you're saying you don't want to read the non-X-titles, you're wrong there, too. Young Avengers, Captain Marvel, Red She-Hulk, Journey Into Mystery, Avengers Assemble, Avenging Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, FF, Hawkeye - plenty of great choices there.
Marvel's in a really good place right now, actually. They've got a shitload of great titles coming out.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics. The switch up with Guardians Of The Galaxy is one major soft reboot I've noticed. If what I've seen and heard is correct, the new series pretty much ignores The Thanos Imperative at the very least and probably throws out a number of other plot points from Dn A's cosmic runs as well.

That would be extremely disappointing. I loved The Thanos Imperative. It was epic.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.Where'd you get this information, may I ask? Only one "not-really" issue has come out yet, and while there was a retcon in it, it was IMO comparatively minor (the Lizard Folk in Quill's origin being changed from Ariguans
to Badoon
).

I've seen several people both here and CBR complaining about how Marvel NOW could be summed up as a soft reboot, accomplished in the form of a ton of Reset Buttons.
I'm not seeing it.
