Argh! I choose the wrong word once again... What I meant so say was resentment... Or something along those lines...
...The point is, he doesn't like her sister too much.
Edit: Nolan is acting strangely out of character right now... Is that intentional, or am reading that wrong?

"It's better to burn out... THAN TO FADE AWAY!"Kkutwear, you kinda ruined what Nolan had in place for a plan.
You see the strategy he pelled is that announce freely over the comms of this plan to get the attention of the monsters so they could assume thats their main gameplan when really Nolan was going to secret relay the real plan to the pilots.
Nolan was trying to pull a Batman Gambit and you messed up by having Samson make note how stupid the plan was, which was the point.
Hmmmmmm.... Maybe we could make it work if the disagreement was also part of the plan!
After all, odds are that Nolan would have also counted on Samson/Gerald, and even some of the pilots to disagree with the fake plan... That would certainly give the invaders the impression that the human forces are starting to fall apart... Motivating them of take the chance to strike now that their strength is fragmented.
...Maybe?
Edit: The lesson I've learned during this chapter, is that is important to discuss both the enemies AND the heroes' battle plans before engaging into frantic combat, to avoid incurring in some of the rather messy (story-writing) conflicts we've been running into.

"It's better to burn out... THAN TO FADE AWAY!"Too bad that none of the Trinity can even Understand human speech or even tap into their communications.
And as for Eins surviving... Fat chance, That thing is a sadistic monster that needs to be put down; hell none of the Eldritichians (And those are the sentient ones!) will even miss the thing except the other Trinities.

Shameless Self-promotion ho!I'm gonna fuck all ya'll up!!!
Oh and Jash, make Gdolkin react to getting blasted again and along with the radiation the exotic energy blasts left behind.
Shameless Self-promotion ho!KK! Bastion-Sigma is approaching towards Zwei... Their fight should be starting pretty soon.
"It's better to burn out... THAN TO FADE AWAY!"And I can only imagine Celeste's surprise when she sees that Zwei is bigger, taller and more heavily armored than her own mech.
Shameless Self-promotion ho!But seriously? When did Nolan have such a cruel side? Granted, his main goal is basically bringing down SERVE which would end quite badly. Still, any attempts at a Batman Gambit is highly likely to fail. Though Nolan seems like a fake-nice guy if he got mad that easily.
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."Bruiser vs. bruiser! This should be a rather cool, yet bloody, fight!
And don't underestimate Bastion-Sigma! That machine packs a serious punch.. After all, it is Rai-Oh
with a mean energy-shield... And the Double Buster Collider. (which, indeed, was designed to destroy enemies WAY bigger than Gunbuster)

"It's better to burn out... THAN TO FADE AWAY!"But it still has to look out for Zwei's Electromagnetic paralysis tentacles!
Shameless Self-promotion ho!I'm counting on that... My prediction, is that the fight has a great chance of ending in a double K.O.

"It's better to burn out... THAN TO FADE AWAY!"You do realize Nolan is pretty much a villain right? Taking down SERVE would cause world-wide panic, all of humanity would turn against SERVE and the UN, so much funding would be lost and every Base/Bio-Lab would be under attack. Captured Eldritichians will escape and Fae will roam free causing all sorts of chaos. Nolan would likely be treated like crap as well, and the resources/focus of other Defense Forces will be distracted by dealing with the remnants of SERVE in addition to the Eldritichians. Not to mention the Anti-Eldritichian force would be severely weakened and the Eldritichians would be far more successful in their mission of destroying humanity. Not to mention people distantly related to SERVE would likely be attacked/slaughtered, and people will be afraid of each other since they wouldn't know if a Fae was hiding among them. People who seem even remotely inhuman will be murdered, and this'll likely spark a new war as well. Plus given the public learning of Fae and people looting SERVE bio-technology shit's just gonna get worst. In the end, even if humanity wins they'll be severely damaged and corrupted completely. Plus the public would eventually start questioning positions of power if they had an involvement and non-SERVE facilities that aided them would be the first to be assaulted/attacked/destroyed. Basically, exposing the actions of SERVE for some odd reason would basically make the Eldritichians' mission far easier.

"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."Wow, Nolan wants to take down SEVER and have SERVE run by much better and nicer people. That's why he wants to take down SERVE so he can rebuild it and make it better.
I'd get into details but...
So how about this?
Trust me for once in this goddamn RP I made instead of questioning every choice I make.
I am getting absolutely sick of it to the point where I honestly want to kick you off. It's like you criticise me every singl;e goddamn time.
Did my last post seem too much of a diabolus ex machina or what? After all, the lighting conditions on the dome are still poor and everyone assumed that Eins was already knocked out.
Shameless Self-promotion ho!Honestly? No. I don't see why Nolan would of been such a jerk just because someone pointed out his idea was stupid. They wouldn't hire an egomaniac as the generic commander of an entire Aboveground SERVE base. Still, they're your characters and you got your own plotline going on. If you want to do it, nobody can really stop you from performing any plans you have. Besides, its good to get out a list of likely events should SERVE be publicly exposed.
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."

Yes, yes he is. Though I honestly admit, I don't remember any belittling going on.
