I'm not sure, but given there was about 40 items of DLC, I'd say "Pretty screwed".
Ack, I guess I will pass on playing it then. Sounds worse than not having the DLC in Destiny.

Well, the bundle's a pretty good deal (It's about £100 worth of dlc but for £40 with the base game included)
I may upgrade and play a few rounds. it's either this or Killing Floor for my multiplayer game now.
So Payday 2 has come to it's end we got the last map the last bit of story (there is still some unanswered questions) a video call The End.
Is anyone still playing the game or did you stop playing?
I have to gather up a bunch of achievements before I call it a day. A PAYday, that is.
My Blog | My Steam profileI stopped in late 2015. You know, that moment. Not for the lootbox fiasco alone, but because the update broke a lot of essential UI mods that I use, and I had enough tolerance for Overkill's continuing disregard for QOL and PR.
Oh. Well, it was the lootbox fiasco to me.
Starbreeze Studio in legal/financial trouble.
I knew something like this would happen.
Guess that explains why they decided to bring an end to the storyline and DLC for Payday 2. Pretty sure that means their Walking Dead project is going to be scrapped or sold off to another developer too.
And another thing... I just looked at their homepage. It's definitely one of the weirdest I've seen, considering that they're just videogame creators. They've got an entire section with multiple pages devoted to talking about their investors, their future prospects, a FAQ... not even Electronic Arts or Konami tend to be so open with the business side of their company.
Exactly how screwed are you if you attempt to play the game without the DLC?
