I thought that was the subject we were not supposed to discuss?
TB opinions and comments on Anite as well as his credibility are one thing, but what "side" he is in the whole GG debate is another. We don't talk about the latter so let's focus on the former. I will also remember these are unrelated subjects. Hell, Anita's controversy predated GG by an year.

Aside from the video previously linked, TB has done other videos of note over the last week: a video on COD: Advanced Warfare,
a video on Natural Selection 2: Combat,
a Content Patch video covering the news of the Dawngate shutdown and the GTA V first person mode,
and a Blizzcon video covering the basics of Starcraft 2 eSports.
More new videos just uploaded today: a Content Patch covering Overwatch, San Andreas, and Jim Sterling's false DMCA incident
and a WTF Is on Depth: Sharks vs Divers:
TB hasn't really said anything about it, but his fans have, and it appears he's nominated for Trending Gamer, whatever that is.
Some people are a little suspicious about Jeff Gerstmann being nominated in that category while also being one of the members of the jury though. But since it's a "fans' choice" category, maybe it's not quite as bad as it sounds. Pewdiepie is also nominated for it, if you care enough about him.

TB's been getting too much shit lately. Let's make him number one!
Who even are those other guys nominated for Trending Gamer? They're not trending if nobody knows them.
Of course, I might just be out of the loop.
"Monsters are tragic beings. They are born too tall, too strong, too heavy. They are not evil by choice. That is their tragedy."I'll just say I disagree with your assessment that he's been "fair" on the matter and leave it at that, I suppose? I'm rooting for Jeff, anyway.
Moon◊Jeff doesn't get any bigger a say than you or me; the category is open to popular vote, not the judge panel.
Moon◊Expressing my opinion as politely as I can while trying to skate around a certain subjectum non gratum?
Yes, I do not believe Total Biscuit deserves recognition after he's made some statements I find reprehensible that, in my mind, outweigh any good he's done.
No; for instance, Jim Sterling. He's cool. If he were up for contention, he'd have my vote in a heartbeat. (Yes, he'd made some very outrageous statements in the past, but at least he's apologized for them; TB just dug himself deeper.)

Personally, I think this kind of attitude to be terribly toxic and one of the poisons of modern rhetorics. The fact someone may be wrong about something doesn't mean they are also wrong about other things, nor does it mean they are unsympathetic.
I disagree with Totalbiscuit on certain issues as well. I even agree with you that he is probably not taking Anita's situation as seriously as her should. That doesn't mean I will doubt on his honesty. He have never given me reason to doubt him on that. I do think he is absolute sincere in his apology although I still do think he doesn't takes this situation seriously enough.
Again, just because someone is wrong it doesn't mean they are a bad person.
