A note to avoid standard quotation marks would be nice, too, assuming one doesn't exist already.
Moon◊Which is why this should be prevented!
Also, I've asked about all of them on the screwed up custom titles thread, and as far as I can tell they weren't fixed/reverted/removed/whatever. So fixing this post-hoc is a pain and doesn't always happen.

Oppression anywhere is a threat to democracy everywhere. We need to get Eddie to fix the CamelCase namespace issue. All these workarounds are just a stopgap. We'll keep asking him about it.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Preventative measures can at least stem the the problem, and possibly stop the addition of more glitched-out custom titles of this sort, until a solid curative measure can be implemented. So yes, another vote to the OP.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I don't know php, but I do know the language it's derived from, perl, and in perl, it should be a one-line fix once you've separated off the namespace, which is something the code presumably does anyway: "$namespace = ucfirst(lc($namespace))". That turns "VideoGame" (or "vIdEoGaMe" or anything else) into "Videogame".

Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee.I am sure Fast Eddie is aware of this issue. I know he often doesn't announce the awareness, though.

Er...adding that caveat to the "How This Works" folder should only be a line or two... I mean, I guess you could make it longer if you wanted to be wordy, but...
We weren't talking about the code, though. Just an addition to the "How This Works" folder.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Yeah, we were only talking about a couple sentences saying "custom titles won't work if you put the namespace in camel case. if you did go to X thread to get it reverted." or whatever the bug is.
Just so people know and don't continue to trigger the bug.
The idea is something that can be done for now, without reprogramming the whole custom title widget.

Oppression anywhere is a threat to democracy everywhere.Only in his last post; in his prior one, he was talking about the note.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.

I recently learned that the root cause of custom titles failing to propagate through to wicks is a bug triggered by using CamelCase in the custom title's namespace.
To that end, I have a modest proposal for the custom title form: add a note saying not to use CamelCase in the namespace, at least until the code guy (Fast Eddie?) figures out a fix.
Trust me, I'm an engineer!
