It's Patrick, having a very bad day. I'm guessing he's been hit by the trend of people's powers getting stronger, or something else is up with his telepathy. Given Allison's strange dreams and visions, it's likely that he's gained the ability to protect to minds (possibly uncontrolled) as well as read them.

We've previously established that Patrick has difficulty distinguishing his own ideas/beliefs from others'
(or whatever you take "can't read your own mind" to mean) and that he "doesn't really identify as a person."

Formerly KarmaMeter.Yeah, looks like powers are growing stronger
and Patrick isn't coping well. Someone needs a psychic Faraday cage...
Patrick is having trouble coping
. Does the last panel indicate that Allison's been pulled into his mind, or is it just symbolic of her realizing just how tightly locked away he is?
Pretty sure the latter. It helps explain her random visions earlier. Apparently his power boost means he can finally project thoughts instead of just hearing them.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff. So I saw this thing get torn to pieces on a bad webcomics tumblr. Is it basically two steps above Sinfest?
My various fanfics.I haven't read Sinfest in an awfully long time, but my gut feeling is "no". This series is a fairly realistic take on superpowers and how one can have a ton of power, but feel powerless from time to time, and struggling with morality when you really could just do what you wanted and the odds are no one could stop you.
It's taken some brief trips into areas like the violence women face, but it's all in the context of what one does with power.
