For some reason, when I first read this thread's title, I actually thought that someone was making a Tales Of comicbook. One can dream...

I was reading World War Z and a mention of the Antarctic brought back memories of reading a webcomic anthology of zombie stories, one of which involved an Alaskan town where the zombies therein were stuck in a loop due to the extreme cold temporarily reversing their symptoms and then them thawing back to zombie state once more. That sparked memories of other tales, including vampires versus zombies (It's revealed that the zombie plague was the result of one vampire being exiled to a locked box in the bottom of the sea, causing him to eventually evolve into something else), a child's account of how "Mommy's locked in the basement until we can find a cure" (The mother is the uninfected one. They're trying not to eat her) and, oddly enough, Einstein revealing martial arts prowess and fighting ninja.
I was going to do a YKTS on it, but a quick Google search revealed that it was Boom! Studios back when they were putting their early comic books up as webcomics (they've since removed them). Zombie Tales was one book. Ninja Tales (which included the Einstein story) was another. Good stuff. Anyone else remember them?
