As far as non-TV streaming services, there's just the first two seasons on Hoopla and the first four on Hulu.
That reminds me: It's been eleven months since "Change Your Mind" aired, and they still haven't put up any of season five. They've been on that same cliffhanger for over two damn years.
funny that I was wondering about this earlier. "Why So Blue?"'s credits had another part of
"Being Human".

Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢So, now that they finally made an appearence, can we talk about Lapis Lazulises' personalities?
They seem to love wrecking stuff with their powers, and really respect those who are more powerful than them.
They don't relly care about organics (though, that's pretty common for most gems). They like intimidating others and are pretty mean/ don't fear voicing their opinions (is this an alpha bitch thing? roughhousing? power play? hierarchy? wolf pack mentality? "if we focus on what someone else wants, nobody will be focusing on what I want"?).
And don't really care about what other people are saying, at least not enough to try and follow their drift (are pretty self absorbed).
All in all, it seems the most important character trait they share with our Lapiz is their resistance to having a change of heart.

I think it's somewhat plausible that CG Lapis was like them before Bismuth poofed her, especially given her comments that they remind her of herself. I also liked the episode confirming that Lapis controlling the entire ocean in her first appearance is a truly ludicrous display of power, even by Lapis Lazuli standards, and that she probably got that strong due to her torture and trauma making her weak and unstable (by her own words).

The Lapis' are interesting also because they represent a snag in Steven's ideology towards the Gems, maybe even moreso than Jasper does. Steven's solution treats them like humans - or tries to teach them to think like humans - oppressed masses whose natural desire to live and be free, pursue deferred dreams and aspire to be more is now unleashed thanks to their oppressors being dismantled.
But Gems aren't entirely like that. Not only were they indoctrinated to serve a purpose, most were built specifically for a purpose. Not every Gem is like Peridot, secretly wanting more clout and influence for they do and naturally dipping into those feelings of grandeur once left to their own devices. Nor like the Off Colors, inclined to want to be free when faced with a world that won't let them. Most Gems we met didn't really think about being different in the first place.
Some just... want to be what they were built for. It's Jasper's problem too, but with her it's only part of the many issues that made her the person she is today. With the Lazulis, it's the crux of their personalities. They weren't just forced to destroy for Homeworld - all of who they are was formed to want to do so. So they just keep doing what they want to do. You can also see that a little with, say, the Ruby Bodyguards, who now just do what they always did after the fall.
So what happens with the ones who feel pride in doing a role that was made to be negative now face a world where their entire purpose is wrong? They have to learn not just the things they want to do, but to care about doing something else in the first place. It's probably a miracle that Holly Blue is such a simpering coward, because she probably has the same problem. You could probably fill an entire arc of this show with stories about enemies who were born from the same problem - a very interesting one at that. I wonder if Mean Lapis is going to recur?
Still, it's a miracle that this is the first time they've had to deal with Gems who reacted this way.
Edit: It occurs to me that - going by its description - Guidance is all about this, so this isn't the first time it's been front and center. But it's the only episode of Future I missed and haven't seen yet. Derp.

I don't think respecting force is very particular to Lapis Lazulis as much as Homeworld gems in general. Jasper responded similarly to Steven, and even Peridot expected everyone to like her when she beat Pearl in a robot fight.
Oddly, Jeff Liu wrote "Shining Through" (the song in "Why So Blue?"), even though he'd already left before production of Future. I don't know if that's because he returned briefly or the song was written earlier.
No one is talking about how Pearl finally shape-shifted? I've been waiting over 100 episode for her to do that.
I think "Why So Blue" is the fourth episode to only have two voice actors in it. Assuming the plant creatures didn't have a voice actor for them. And we finally get a song from Lapis. Actually, when Lapis started fighting Lapis and Lapis, I was hoping Steven was going to fuse with Lapis in order to defeat Lapis and Lapis.

She did, I'm very happy for her.
...This entire sentence just makes me hope they give Nice Lapis a good nickname because agggghhhhh
Also yes, please let Steven and Lapis fuse. They have more in common than ever now and it'd be great for the both of them.

Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢I don't think Lapis will want to fuse again (at least for a while), especially because of those verses in "Shining Through". Even though it was with Jasper, I feel like fusion in general might make her uncomfortable. (I think that verse goes "That mirror was a prison/And fusion was the same" or something like that?)
She/they. Hirrus Clutumnus is my comfort character

Blame it on being a teenager that wants to be grown up and taken seriously.
Anyway, happy 60,000 posts!
